Then remove two stainless axle screws an...

    • @pocketpoolschool8811

      It’s how many gallons are in a cubic foot (technically it’s 7.48 but in the pool industry we round up for easy numbers).

    Wonderfully helpful. Thank you! One question. My Polaris has a gravel guard axle on 2 of 3 wheels. Will it be problem if I replace a gravel guard axle with a standard axle?

    My pool is a round 18x4 and for the life of me I just can’t figure it out. I did what you did and it came closer to 24,000 gallons. Google says multiply it this certain way and it comes to 7,630 gallons. When I google how many gallons is in my pool it says 6,424 gallons. I’m totally lost here lol As you could probably guess math was NOT my strongest subject 😅

    • @pocketpoolschool8811
      @pocketpoolschool8811 2 роки тому

      7630 is going to be the total volume possible in your pool, but you won't keep it full to the brim, so the 6,424 number is probably the best to use for your chemical addition calculations

      We needed to get the average depth of the pool.

    • @pocketpoolschool8811
      @pocketpoolschool8811 2 роки тому

      If the pool was 5' in the shallow end and 7' in the deep end, we would add them together 5+7=12 and divide by 2, so the average depth is 6'
