Nice video, Monica. My advice if someone wants to 'experience' the real Costa Mesa before buying a house is to stay at an AirBnB on Meyer Pl just down the street from the DMV on 19th. Specifically, one of the little black and white bungalows across from the school. A real experience, especially during the Christmas holiday. Experience the demographics and socio-economics of the neighborhood. It's called Due Diligence for a reason.

You are not going to see any Caucasian family stroll down streets in Santa Ana, unless you speak Spanish. over 80% are Latino.Get ready to duck from driveby.

Orange County is so much nicer!!! Orange County has Less violence, Less crime, less homelessness, less gangs, less smog, less diseases, less crazy woke people and less traffic. Most of the people that commit crime in Orange County are usually people that are from LA or Riverside, not the OC locals.
