I wonder if the new carbone front shocks (with rubber cover) are serviceable like that 🤔
Is that a 61 or a 59?
a vs1 gs his best
Perfekt!😎
Hi. Great video. I just picked up a gs150 yesterday and my throttle doesn't return. Is that normal because it seems like yours isn't either when your doing cruise control in video? Thanks
Hey, yes that’s normal for all Wideframe Models. It’s because of the little metal clip on the throttle tube. The reason for this mechanism is that you can indicate the direction with your right arm without losing speed. For me it was also a little bit strange at the beginning but I got used to it 😁
Thanks, ❤👍
Nice job, just one thing are you using WD 40 on the floor board rubbers, i hope not because it attacks rubber.
Hey, thanks! 🙌🏻 And yes I did use WD40. Didn’t know that it attacks rubber. I will keep it in mind for next time - thank you! 😁
Instragram?
Hi super Arbeit , frage wo hast du die ganzen Teile bestellt ? Lg
can you give a bit more information, what pliers are you talking about for rivets? would come handy for me soon, if they cost less than all sip gizmos etc. thnx oh, and i like the mirror too, any tip where to get it?
Hey, for pressing the aluminium rivets I used the same riveting tool as for the floor runners. U can use this universal Vespa riveting tool for badges and seat badges as well. Hope that helps :)
Not often to see the original GS150 meter with separate digits
Echt Klasse Video.
I have the same bike with the same CP23 carb, but cant make it run. I am in need of knowing the main and pilot jets you have chosen, please.
I installed a 90 main jet and a 36 pilot jet. The needle is set in the second highest spot. 👍🏻 For a good engine function it is important that your battery is fully loaded. The battery ignition of the GS will not work if the battery is empty. To make sure that the battery keeps loading when riding the scooter you can change the rectifier with a modern diode rectifier. The old selen rectifier loses its function over the years. I made a Video in this series of an easy electrical solution so the original ignition is working very well. The video is Part 4/8 of this series. 😁
Many thanks. I have chosen 88 main and 40 pilot, and the rectifier and battery issue is well known to me.
Bro how many days you wait for the paint to cure
Hey, I started to assemble the scooter as soon as I got the frame from the painter back. I guess it was kept there for 1 or 2 weeks after they painted it.
Sehr schöne Arbeit.
Danke dir! 😊
great restoration process, what is the paint code of the fork and all of the component shown in the video?

Do you not re-use the pins on the end of the primary drive springs?
Hey, sorry for my late reply. I wanted to reuse them but couldn’t because the new springs (label: BGM; bought them from Scooter Center) were longer than the original springs from Piaggio. They simply didn’t fit with the pins. But without the pins they were just perfect in size. 😎
Thank you, great video !👍
This is very beautiful Gs vs5. I wonder what kit did you install on this Vs5. I have Vs4 with quatini kit and sip racing vintage exhaust in red, 2 pipes out the back, but the problem is that it is very very loud. Your Vs5 seem to have similar set up to mine.
Hey, I ride the original cylinder with a new piston in combination with the CP23 carburetor and the SIP Sport Exhaust for the GS. It’s okay. Maybe I will make a change someday, but I currently have too many other things to do 😁👍🏻
sir.. what the chemical name to remove rust, thanks
Hey, it’s called: “Rostio Rostentferner”. I guess it’s a German product 👍🏻

Sehrsehr schoener Aufbau!

Wahl. Weiter so !
Salve nochmal! Sehr nice!
LG
Danke dir! Freut mich sehr! Dann kann ich ja getrost weiter uploaden 😁👍🏻
