I recomend drying your hair with a t shirt its healthier for your hair because a normal towel is too rough and causes breakage

I like using baby oil before body butter its the same as body oil it really softens skin

When I first joined high school, there was this one girl with really dry hair I would try and ignore it a lot but her hair smell like dried shampoo so one day I came up and asked her how many days she showers out of a week and she said she only showers once her hair gets very very stiff and I was very confused and I asked her what she meant and she said that she always uses leave and conditioner instead of showering She had at least over 10 layers of leave and conditioner in her scalp so the next day when I came to school, I saw that her hair was very pretty and long not like normal. I asked her and she said she washed her hair. Her hair was perfectly fine and pretty, but she literally just never cleaned it. You guys please wash your hair.😢❤

litterally THANK YOU. I relate to this since I had this problem for sooo long where actives would just make my skin break out more and dermatologists would tell me to "wait months" and it just got worst. Using the right products helped me so much more idk why its not talked about more

15:00 I use an exfoliating cloth/sponge that dries out quickly, not a loofah, but I absolutely think it’s needed precisely because of your hand washing example: I took an entry nursing course in high school and one day we had (albeit harmless) bacteria put on our hands then were told to wash it all off as well as we could with antibacterial soap. Then we all saw what our hands look like under a black light. Lemme just say…..your hands are NEVER as clean as you think they are when you just use your hands to clean lol. Every student that day had to re-wash at least 3 to 4 times or until our hands were raw and hurting. Just like you use a sponge to actually thoroughly scrub your dishes because your hands alone don’t do it, your skin also can be hard to cleanse thoroughly with hands alone.

I agree with most of what you say. However, I think I prefer the bad side brow. It's not the color but the shape, which better suits you. The thick eyeliner gives you rounder eyes and sort of a retro vibe. It's cute kinda cute.

No matter how clean you make your mouth, I still often smell whats left (especially if they talk or lean close to you) when people dont blow there nose. If you breath through your nose in the night its connected to your mouth and the air passes between both. Hardly anyone thinks of this! So blow and clean your nose in when you wake up. Another tip is gut health. You can also do all these things but if you are dealing with gut issues it can give you bad breath, seep through your skin and such. Chlorophyll can natural deodorize internally and taking a probiotic/prebiotic will help with gut issues ❤
