It's tough, I miss her

It's amazing how much context matters to a piece of music. If Ame didn't leave, this song would be bubbly, lively, happy, but now it's just full of nostalgia and daydreams of what could have been. Hearing about Ame leaving reminded me of an existential dread I realized pretty quick as a kid when my family first got our 2 pet dogs: one day they'll have to leave, and the more I loved them, the more it would hurt. And boy did it hurt like hell, but never once did I regret showering them with love and affection.

If you think about it, this kinda sounds fitting for ame's end credit theme Miss this ground-pounding, mom-stealing gremlin already
