An easy way to begin to pray in tongues internally is simply by praying as normal then slowly closing your mouth until it’s fully closed but continue to pray. When you can pray with your mouth closed and tongue not moving you are praying in tongues internally.

Why everyone thought disciples were drunk? When you hear people speaking in foreign language, do you assume they are drunk? And why there was so much confusion that Peter had to explain it to people? Why Paul said ' For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful'? Interpretation and translation are 2 different things, if tongues were just languages that exist already, you would need translation not interpretation. If you read book of Acts, evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues (read Acts 1,10,19) And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” Mark 16:17-18

@@Blablablue - Drunk ? So in Acts 2 5 when the disciples received the Holy Spirit it’s says “There were some godly Jews in Jerusalem at this time. They were from every country in the world.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭5‬ ‭ERV‬‬ So we have people from every nation gathering in this one place and then it says “They were surprised because, as the apostles were speaking, everyone heard in their own language.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭6‬ ‭ERV‬‬ So is this existing languages or is this some kind of new language . The difference between translation and interpretation is “ interpretation deals with spoken language in real-time while translation focuses on written content.” As stated by the Kent sate university. So when referring to spoken languages you would need an interpreter not a translater exactly what Paul was talking about in 1 corrithians 14. Amongst Bible educators it is known that Paul knew about 5 languages which is why he mentioned that he was given the gift of tongues . If you look at the lexicon of Matthew 6:7 it’s talking about praying it says “do not use meaningless repetition” or ““And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬ The word repetition or babbling in Greek is battalogēsēte means “ I chatter, am long-winded, utter empty words, stammer, repeat “ interesting that Jesus attached these words to the Pagans in the kjv heathens The reason why speaking in tongues is actual languages is 1 Acts 2 said they were speaking in known or existing languages and 2. The church father Irenaeus ( apostle under polycarp or was a disciple of John ) qoutes this “ who possess prophetic gifts, and who through the Spirit speak all kinds of languages, and bring to light for the general benefit the hidden things of men, and declare the mysteries of God, whom also the apostle terms “spiritual,” they being spiritual because they partake of the Spirit, “ So even the church fathers related to speaking in tongues as speaking in languages. That’s what it means to speak in mysterious : You need to read the whole of chapter 1 corrithians 14 . Paul is actually trying to discourage in speaking in tongues to the point he has to put some rules around it . “If anyone speaks in a tongue, two-or at the most three-should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret. If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and to God.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭14‬:‭27‬-‭28‬ Do you know why Paul had to put rules around it , churches these days pastor a encouraging the whole church to speak in tounges where Paul said only 1-3 people at a time and you MUST have an interpreter? Why do Christians keep missing this point out : And how did the gift of tongues changed from speaking an existing language already known to this gibberish babbling talk . @@towbiyah998the tongues that Christians speak for edification is normally “gibberish” as some called it. It is heavenly language. Paul did not discourage speaking in tongue. Contrarily Paul said he prayed in tongue more than anyone else. That is reason why Paul’s ministry was powerful. Paul is setting order in church and discouraged speaking in tongue in church as gentiles will be scared to their wits. To be frank, anyone who have no idea about tongue will think that he is walking into a cult gathering. Isn’t it so?

It’s praying in tongues while not thinking about your prayer(mindless) vs praying in tongues and thinking about your prayer (focused)

Going to sleep under Anastasia can open doors to the demonic as it is a type of drug. Also the removal of body parts is a form of sacrifice. These can be repented of and doors closed just from repenting and taking it through the courts. Hope this helps

@@ChristofGodMinistries whoa. I had no idea. When I got a root canal i did not have peace about it but went ahead. That week i ended up learning that oil pulling could have saved my tooth. Sometime after that, i told a prophet about oil pulling (she had a toothache i believe.) Well, she told me that I would have all kinds of tooth issues since I was doing oil pulling which come from Ayurveda (I looked it up and saw nothing demonic about it, and I believe that God wants me to oil pull but I've been slacking) I'd like to ask: do you see oil pulling as being demonic? (it's just using it as a mouthwash for a few minutes- like 15 to 20- to both pull out and kill toxins. I broke the power of her words over me.

That’s a great question. I have no experience of oil pulling, I know it is used to remove toxins outside of the body and works well. I would continue to ask Holy Spirit to confirm that He wants you to do it 👍 He will let you know if it’s His will or not. God bless
