Becareful using the “butterbell’ name. The company that owns the name ( gosh only knows how someone owns a description name) are really horrible about people using it. The classic corporate company destroying the little guy story. I’ve heard horror stories about people being sued horribly by this company 😢 Most people just use the name ‘butter keeper’ to avoid the litigation . Good luck I’d change it straight up. I believe the Byron bay ceramics company Ruby and Frank almost had to close their doors due to the trouble they got into using this name

I would love to see a video with math and graphics perhaps illustrating how to monetize clay business... How is it profitable, what are reasonable prices to sell clay at, where to sell clay (both online and in person)...? how much production is necessary daily to make it profitable...everything!

Hi. I love your videos. I bought your butter dish template and made it yesterday. It turned out great. I’ll send a pic once it’s glazed and fired. My question is with the top… once it’s glazed do you just wipe the bottom edge off with water or do you put wax along the edge? I just don’t want it sticking to the kiln.

I had no problem with the cups, but the saucers had a tendency to curl or warp. And once leather hard it was too late for correction as far as I know. Where's the balance of dry time or conditions?

The printable template is a really good idea for sharing pottery designs, i made a coraline mug for a commission that got cancelled and its template would be pretty easy to release too
