A Moment 2 Move is about helping busy people who are short on time with full body workouts in a time restricted manner of 5 minutes or more. All you will need for these workouts is some floor space and hopefully we can build strong resilient bodies that will in turn help you feel healthy and confident in your body.
This will help people who want to prolong their sports careers at any level, will help office workers loosen up from sitting in a chair and help tradespeople with ongoing niggles they may or may not have.
New full body follow along routines released on Tuesdays and Shorts will be released frequently. Enjoy 😊

Hi! Maybe you could explain the procedure just for the first or the first 2 reps? From there on you can just count, or give notes for form. For me, it was a bit overwhelming or even annoying (forgive me :')) to be listening to left right left right sorry left this that, while trying to really focus into the movement :/ after doing yoga, pilates and bw workouts for ages, I'm already expecting to hear the instructors voice when a modification or optimisation is due - not for narating each action I'm about to perform anyway. For people who can follow through this, it's most likely not their first time doing these exact movements, so we already know what to do. Tips that add quality to the movement are, of course, great and necessary. The narration confused you as well, quite a few times, and that also gets weird, to be grounded on your left and the instructor says right, then corrects it. Just saying, if it's an unnecessary mind twist for YOU, then it's deffinitely an unnecessary mind twist for the practicioners. Would also be super cool to know how many reps are ahead. Thanks for sharing, it's a good workout!

I agree with what you are saying and it is definitely an area in my teaching I need to work on and that is allowing people more space to just move, rather than feel the need to fill the silence with something. So I will most definitely be taking this on board and trying to implement going forward. Appreciate you finding your Moment 2 Move and reaching out with great feedback. I like starting out like this, then gradually lowering down into the ground, like a slow press up. Hold at the bottom whilst allowing enough space for the legs to still move. And then slowly press back up.
