hey bro i have a question, we have multiple aura 3 have sound issue do you think can be from WS9641? the bluetooth connected but no sound or it can be from AK7755 and PCM1789?
Hi Please check AUX audio sound test. 1. working : fail WS9641 2. Not working : fail AK7755 or PCM1789 Good luck

This speaker doesn’t have air flow or passive radiator?
Doesn’t have air flow. So increased base power up to 100W.
I have the next doubt on my Aura 3 and if I buy the DIY kit rev 2 could help me on the next problem: when I turn on the aura whit mi finger on power on touch, the aura just light for 1 second and off automatically , and if a try again , many times, the same problem again, just turn off automatically and never can get turn on… maybe the capacitive sensor aro? I desconectted all , clean all, dessambky and ensamble all and nothing, maybe to buy your kit diy could I turn on complety the process and maybe enjoy the equipment?… thanks in advance ,, greetings.
AUra Studio is slow to respond when turning the power on/off via the touch sensor. I think it's about 2 seconds or more. So, the delay in response forces you to try touching it again, and doing so will result in unwanted operations.
@@iamheesoo thanks a lot, but the problem is that , never turn on, even though I touch the power 1, 2, or 10 seconds just turn on the light in the middle center, some times the full lights but never gets to turn on the system complety, I don’t know why, thanks in advance fot you support or any idea to resolve it. @@eduardocoello6102 Please touch volume+ touch pad. Sometimes the volume is changed to minimum after power off, So we think turn off status even turn on. I asked about this issue to A/S call center. But they didn’t know about this issue.

hi my aura studio 3 sound rattle.. when i play bass song.. too much bass not balanced bass and treble 😢.. can u help me what problem my speaker.. sorry for my bad English 🙏
I think it is normal in aura studio 3. Bass speaker power is 100W. And treble speakers are 30W. Too much bass sound. Unfortunately this Aura studio can not control bass volume manually. But Aura studio 4 can control bass and treble volumes.

Hola amigo disculpa una pregunta, se me voló una de las bocinas de mi aura 3, si la desconecto afectará a las otras? Es que no sé cuánto cuesta repararla o si tiene reparación y por el momento me gustaría solo desconectar la que se voló,😭
Es una pena. En primer lugar, deberás contactar con un centro de servicio postventa oficial. Se cree que la placa de alimentación probablemente esté dañada. Después del desmontaje, es posible que no puedas recibir el A/S, por lo que te recomendamos enviarlo primero a un centro de A/S.
Sabes dónde se puede conseguir esas bocinas necesito 2 se me malograron acá en Perú no hay repuesto

my hk aura studio 3 does not turn on anymore. I know that the cable/wire is working, but it won’t turn on. I assume that it is the power button (that is touch/tactile). From your POV, is it hard to replace or fix?
Please check power supply module first. When connect AC cord then must be checked +24VDC voltage out at 2x3 pin header. And check DC5V or DC3.3V on the AMP board. If good then you must check touch IC cables for turn on power. Good luck.
