I too like apples❤ but some apples ripen in August, whereas pumpkins ripen in the fall. I think of pumpkin spice as more of a Thanksgiving/Christmas flavor.

I never made it with taco seasoning nor cream cheese. Just ground beef, rotel, velveeta and different cheeses, milk, butter and seasoning. Simple and delicious.
