Our female Grey seal from Loveladies is stopping by with a quick video update! As you can see, the gill net entanglement left a pretty significant wound around her neck. The good news is she is bright and active, and has already started eating fish on her own. Her wound is being treated with both oral and topical medications to prevent infection and keep her comfortable during her recovery. We ...

On Wednesday March 13th the Marine Mammal Stranding Center received a call for a seal resting on the jetty at 5th Street and the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ.
