I'm having this machine from 3 yrs & from past 1 yrs the machine motor lost it's torque .. So I've decided to buy a motor from Amazon 12000 rpm - 12V is that OK.. Amazon doesn't provide Swiss motor.. Can you suggest from where can I get those motors..

Bro thank you for spinning the head of the machine subbed for that! Just bought a used exo unstoppable 3.2 and the ring spins so you hold the ring when twisting the batteries in but when the head on my machine spun when I was twisting the a battery out I was concerned seems like it’s chill tho!

I've had mine since March 2023, and it is now October, and it no longer prints the image. The stencil paper comes out blank. So it seems like these printers do not last long.

The original picture, is that normal parer?

Is this printer wireless too?

Another video said to wait a week otherwise the stencil will just smear/smudge away, is this not the case because of the stencil stuff and type of skin you're using?

So… I had no issues using this printer with the stencil paper that was provided with the printer (which was roughly 20 sheets). When I ran out, I tried using my spirit stencil paper, and it will not work at all ? Someone please let me know if they purchased separate stencil paper and which one worked for the printer? This has slowed down my business quite a bit.

I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
