Ive been breeding dubias for as long as ive had my Tarantulas and this is the video ive needed because ive been keeping them on an orange strict diet because i didn't know what else to feed them but this helps thanks bro much appreciated ❤

The easier way is to put all the dubia into the empty bin when cleaning the dubia off the egg flats. You have more room to bump the egg flats without risking having them get out and go free. Then you can pour those from the bin into the 5-gallon stack of buckets. I'm at the point of only feeding females to reduce the number of nymphs since I don't plan on selling them. What I was looking for was the size holes to drill to sort out my home colony. I basically need to dump the frass, and although I did not have any bugs besides dubia, there are now small black beetles that made their way into my colony. There were no bugs besides dubia when I bought my adults and it was 2 years before they appeared, so I assume they may have been eggs of some sort in fruit or veggies I fed.

You are wearing the mask upside down. The metal bit goes at the nose so you can form it to your nose. That also puts the exhaust valve facing down, so it doesn't blow moist air onto safety glasses. Maybe you know this, and have a good reason for wearing it that way.

Hey.. obviously this video was posted a bit ago…. I currently buy from a big name breeder, but am interested in what you have to offer. I’m currently trying to breed my own, but I have a LOT of females or either the dudes aren’t mature enough, because i literally see no males 😅 I started with 50 ransoms and added 200 randoms. They have been in my garage, I am central/southern AL, so i just brought them indoors tonight. What kind of substrate do you have them in? It looks to have “food” in it as well, seems how I didn’t see a food dish. Any help is appreciated 😊 -Mellissa 🕷️

Strange question, do the mothers take care of the their young? Or are they just hanging out there because they’re going to give birth or know it’s a good place to give birth?

I never thought about oranges, what is going to give them the best nutrition for what will be eating the would you gut load before feeding them. If so how or what? Thank you for your very informative videos. I know there are a lot more roaches in each tub, do the bottom dwellers come up? Do you ever want to move and see who’s not coming up to eat?
