I don't believe you mentioned the most important thing: The opposing team goes out of their way to distract the other team by asking them questions, talking to them, singing and so on. It becomes awfully difficult to focus on thinking of a word when there is so much distraction. That makes it very challenging and hilariously fun.

Great Dalmuti is a under-rated card game. Is great for a sizeable group.

For the Premia why bother scoring the cards below 6 as with two players you just need to see who has more 7’s or if there is a tie 2 7s and 2 6s do you then work your way down the scoring grid ?

Goliath Ta Yü has an 18x18 board instead of 19x19, which modifies the original way to play. How many tiles in the game? In original game 112 tiles (4x28). First tile has to be placed on centre space. How does that work on an 18x18 board, which doesn't have a centre space? It has none or 4. In original Ta Yü, only 3 special spaces per side. Here there are 4. How does that work? I read that some versions of the Goliath edition have an incorrect tile distribution. Is that corrected? Thanks.

It's worth noting that to pass the turn you pay a chip so you keep drawing until you spend chips.

my cousins are Italian, not myself, They taught me how to play scopa when we were all kids and we used to play all the time. They gifted me an Italian deck of cards about 10 years ago, never used it. Going to teach my drinking buddies how to play this weekend. Had to brush up on the prima of course.

Arimaa is indeed an interesting game, but the design of the pieces is terrible in my opinion. Too hard to tell apart, and the animal motif serves no purpose other than perhaps to engage young children. You could just use checkers pieces with either numbers or dots on them to indicate strength, or have 6 varying height cylinders or cones. Even using chess pieces makes more sense than these animal pieces since they're easily distinguishable.

How many cards are they? for card sleeves size are 70x120 mm?
