I Know all of this since i was watching the cutscene in UA-cam.

wait sorry i just realised i totally misread this -- its a combination of Neuvillette's demo and Chapter 4: Act 5 - Masquerade of the Guilty
Focalore made huge gamble. She put all her hopes on Furina. If Furina did not keep act until the end should would have not gathered enough energy for Focelore to destroy Hydro Archon throne and everything would have been lost. She also put Nouvellete as chief justice in order for him to judge ppl of Fountaine not guilty but he is Primal Dragon. It was not such huge gamble but Furina was only human. She even was ready to die for ppl when she put her hand in water basin thinking primordial water is inside. Even after 500 years her resolve was unshaken. She endured it until end. Furina is true hero of Fountaine.
Focalors trusted that furina would keep the act because she is furina Furina is everything about focalors except her divinity , it's her human form she knew that she could do this especially taking the fact that she lived apart of her life as a human before she becomes an archon she is the hero of Fontaine either as focalors or as furina

I'm not satisfied with how this ended up for Furina or Neuvillette. Furina deserves an apology or explanation from him and a longer lifespan after all this suffering. And Neuvillette shouldn't have to lose her twice and stay alone as immortal
I think so too, and I was pretty disappointed when there was little said or presented on screen about Furina after the flood and her stepping down from her position. Most of the content as of 4.3 is mainly focused on her rehabilitation, but that leaves a lot of the sought out explanations and questions of what happened in between unaddressed and unanswered 🥲
@@Anmaru_It is too early to say… there are still more patches before Natlan comes. For me, I just want her lost memories to come back… I doubt her divinity only has this “secret” in mind. I think she knows more.

@@Anmaru_ It is unlikely. They didn't understand. Neuvillette waited 500 years for the right opportunity. Paimon acts like .... The traveler remembered her existence when something was needed from her. As I understand it, no one even communicates normally with her, their arrogance of these characters is off the charts.
yeah unfortunately the writing post Archon quest was pretty dismissive about Furina and her situation, especially after Archonhood tho she has a lot of room for growth herself, so at the very least i'm looking forward to where she goes -- even if it is on her own
In Neuvillete's defense, they were all on danger because of the prophecy and she was supposed to be the Archon. The other option was that Neuvillete will kill Furina (believing she had her Archon powers), but he wouldn't do that, it wasn't even an option for him.
