What helped me was lasering my arms and then using chemical peel. Combine that with KP bump eraser first aid scrub and it showed really great results.

I don’t know why, but I’ve never felt self conscious about my KP 😅… needles to say, nothing wrong with trying to solve it now that I know how 😊

I love this video. I've been on a health journey as well for the past year and dropped 20 lbs. I hit a plateau and this video was inspiring to to keep going and try new workouts and new food ideas. Can you please do more what I eat in a day videos?

Of course there are things like figuring out how much meds to give, but are things like geometry and simplifying radicals super necessary? And what all extra classes should I take in highschool to help me do well in nursing school?
