In this video, I used a stain ratio of 20% to show the difference in color. I took 50 grams of clay for the base, so I need 10 grams of the stains. in this 21-point triaxial I mixed three colors in 100, 80/20, 60/40, 40/60, 20/80, 100 I am terrible at explaining things so you can google "triaxial blend " if you want to know more ins:hongzhangliang website:hongzhangliang.com

this video is a demonstration of my own creation. I was inspired by the work of Dorothy Feibleman. She is a great Nerikomi artist and you can also find her video on youtube. ins:hongzhangliang website:hongzhangliang.com

Hi! How did you change the color of the clay?
Beautiful 🫶
gorgeous work! i am entranced.
show the final product bro!!!
Thanks for the nice video! Nice music! What is the song and band name?
Muy buen gusto con las combinacines de líneas y colres. Muchas grácias
Wonderfull..
💜💚🧡💙🐬
Oh! I wish there were… instructions, definitions or just some kind of explication as to what you were doing. It looks so interesting but it’s like listening to someone from a different planet read bad poetry….and there are no translations or descriptions or instructions as to what you are doing… FRUSTRATING
Was this made of porcelain? Or standard clay? I would love to tell me, do you color your clay with liquid or powder?
How do you go from the sandwiched block at about 1:25 to the perfectly flat and squared block shown just before slicing at 1:39? Simply elongating the sandwiched block and flattening the sides wouldn't seem to introduce the pattern in the small square cross sections of the squared block at 1:39? Do you wedge it a bit before slicing to introduce some amount of marbling?
Beautiful 😍
Un capolavoro ben orchestrato!!! Bravissimo.
😮😯😲😗👍👍👍🤏🤏🤏👍👍👍💯👋👋👋🍀🍀🍀
Beautiful❤
Your videos are a pleasure to watch. They are beautiful in their simplicity. I love watching you work. Thank you

Ceramic puzzle
This video is so useful and helpful, thank you very much.
why does the clay have a little fuzz/mold by 0:56????? please explain
thanks for showing us your process! Love it, it’s very inspiring to see you work
Ah this so mesmerizing. So sorry it exploded. I saw a video about debunking pottery myths the other day and he was talking about really slowly turning up the heat in the kiln to prevent objects to explode or crack because of trapped air or moisture. It worked for him. Maybe it can help? Thank you for sharing your hits and misses. Love your dreamlike creations.
Beauful, colour choices perfect. Thanks Canada
Why the gloves? I thought colored stains are usually encapsulated and safe to touch.
Thanks for showing us the fails as well as the successes. How were the layers attached to each other? I did not see the use of slip or anything else to attach one layer to the other.
I was wondering too! Now i guess it is part of the problem leading to the explosion... Would it make sense?
The very wet clay is all the same moistness, and he compresses the clay. Nothing else is really needed. Clay wants to stick together.
What colors do you recommend, where can I get them?
looks good but your bases aren't supportive enough if they are falling over. vv bad for your kiln.
I am glad you back. Nice work as always. :)
Thank you! 🥰
beautiful work, as always. your forms are delightful!
Thank you! 😇😇
Thank you for the video! And what is the purpose of these clay chips?
Im wondering the same
Yeah I got to the end and was like wait what....
