Gayyyyy
Saggioro braboooo demais 👏👏👏👏
No cuddle after a phukkin but chillin with the boys after rolling around sweatin and rubbing all over each other.
Jiu-jitsu isn’t gay. 😉😂
I can say I don't, two hours of straight rollin then we leave to recover
ahh “hanging out” huh
What would you call it? 😂
My class was 3 hours, 1 hour learning bjj techniques, 1 hour learning MMA, 1 hour sparring. it was rooough. Best part was if you ever had any problems, a lot of people would chill after like you say. I got some of the best advice/guidance ive ever received from those guys
Yes, sometimes I learn the most in those post class chats
Wtf is dude yapping about everyday is 3 hrs of different classes 😂
Lol my class was 3 hours too
Yikes! Those are some long classes!
SO CRINGEY
Yes! Thank you🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for having me brotha it was a fun time OSS
Any time brother! Cant wait to come out to Cali for the next one!
Is there anywhere he explains what these poor life decisions are and what his breaking point is to kick someone out? I'm trying to find more clarity on his thought process on the topic.
Hey Man, thanks for watching. Check out the full podcast episode when you can. Jeff explains where he is coming from and how this has led to him growing one of the largest bjj schools in the country.

Great advice
As a student of professor Jeff Messina, it’s an honor to train under him. He truly sets the standard on what good Jiu Jitsu is, and more importantly being a good person.
That’s awesome. I could definitely tell when I started dropping in. Everyone was tough but welcoming.
thanks for the opportunity! I enjoyed the chat.
Our pleasure!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks Brad!
Joe Rogan 100% 😂
Interesting
Maybe the rash on there butt gets worse and worse from learning to scoot for the first year lame
A lot quit beacuse the master are not attentive to those metally ill people that go there to hurt people... You are sparring to learn technique not fighting to the death they just injure people all the time Also BJJ has changed for the worse it has just turned into a sport. There zero martial dicipline in it, no respect a lot.of white collar jerks.
That's quite jujitsu
*quit
...and a lot of people can't afford the crazy gym prices and realize a gun is a lot cheaper
I would have continued closest place to me is 2 hours away i was not about to travle 2 hours for a 1 hour lesson of me getting thrown around 🤣
8 years experience has shown me that the one who sleeps with the instructor or brown noses gets ahead while everyone else is just given busy work.
Wish they didn't quit spelling.
Gay
Well, I have a co-worker that went to a bjj class for three weeks and some guy killed his knee. Now he works in pain all day and won’t go back.
Because rolling with sweaty smelly guys for hours at a time gets boring old AND they realize it's based off of strength. Once you memorize the moves and subs and practice them enough there's nothing else to it.
It might be staff, mrsa and ringworm.
Quit not quiet. Why do so many people not check spelling before posting? Grammar does in fact matter.
I stopped going because there is not a gym near me ever since I moved.
Hopefully you'll find one. I had a gym nearby but I never knew cause they don't advertise. It's just word of mouth
Go in to learn. To be humbled. Push yourself hard and rest hard. I can’t tell you how much benefit I saw by taking a week or two off and coming back to my normal schedule. Your subconscious has all that time to process all the little complexities and data you put it through into actual muscle memory basically making your future rolls and trainings more creative. And your body just feels great. Also has all that time to repair itself and get stronger. So many benefits by stepping away for a little
See... i quit because one one thing... ankle picking Terrifying that one kid with an attitude can ruin your career in a second with slight pressure
They quit because they can train for months and still not know a fucking takedown because they butt-scoot like fairies towards their opponents.
It’s also a young man’s game, it’s very easy to get injured in a rough gym
Young man game, meaning what age?
Isn't it a spiritual thing too?
Belt chasers burn out too fast. You cant train like that and hope to learn the skills and then put thise into practice if youre not ketting ypur body and mind rest. Same as any sport. You get better by learning skills, then applying them. That doesnt require 7 days in the gym , it requires concentration, focus and mental toughness.
Belt chasers vs Skill Chasers . . . It's that simple.
Come on IBJJF!!!! 😢
All the best to ur career man
This actually a sick video !
Dude! Thanks so much man! 🙏🙏🙏
Hi dear. I am a professional Digital Marketer and SEO specialist. I have audited your channel well. Your video quality and thumbnails are very nice, But your videos are not getting more views & subscribers Every video on your channel is showing the same problem, the videos are not SEO optimized according to the rules of the UA-cam algorithm. Proper SEO and optimization of your channel will increase the channel growth. I can send you the audit report of your channel if you want. I am waiting for your reply
