    FERTILIZER SYSTEM IS FINE. BUY MORE TRACTORS Crop plantation is seasonal, sowing is done in feb mar and it is harvested before start of winter, you need enough tractors and combines to complete all your fields concurrently during this period otherwise your crop withers and raise fertility of that field. SO BUY MORE TRACTORS And maybe use a distribution office to collect harvested crops in time using covered huls.

    You won't be able to make long trains since your depot is not long, longer depot is better if you really wanna use your railways to their full potential.

    Sorry for the individual comments but i think it's easier to read these rather then a long ass paragraphs. You need a super large aggregate storage to be attached by conveyor with that gravel processing unit because those guys produce unmanageable amount of gravel. Would be better if you add a aggregate loading train station next to it to move the gravel around the map.

    Excuse my language but ffs why do you need aluminium export of 75k per month,what exactly are you doing with that aluminium? It's only relevant in aircraft construction and repairs and i dont see any around the republic. You really need to revisit your distribution network, delete all lines and build it up from scratch,it's importing tonnes of useless stuff, like why are hoarding chemicals and electrical components in a shopping centre warehouse? The junction in front of the construction office needs to feed both tracks not just the one so your track layers can turn around. Or you can do a double crossover down the track like an 'x'. Suggestion you can put a small gravel mining setup behind the railway construction yard gravel storage and hook it up with a conveyor system. Small mine doesn't require anything other than mechanism or 2. Oh and one large gravel quarry can support two large gravel processing plants so you might wanna add one more. Suggestion 2: Put a free road depot down near area of any new development with a bulldozer and an excavator or 2 that will let you terraform without hassle,and yes free buildings are reusable i remember you said somewhere they are not which is not true. With enough bulldozers you can even level rocks for gravel mines. Suggestion 3: Roads can go under conveyor belts, just make the gully a little deeper.

    Dude seriously asking why do you always mix up load and unload columns in the distribution list, is it speed issue or something else? You aren't earning enough to break even why would you sell so many vehicles when it literally costs you money to do so, you aren't earning anything from it, it's like you dont read anything before clicking it. And vehicle replacement is end of game mechanic not when you are nosediving to bankruptcy. Government loyalty needs radio and tv broadcasts. You need to setup those stations. Aluminium is only required for aircraft construction and repairs. Also Put a vehicle repair station adjacent to your train depot so future repairs can be done. The track layer you bought is too large for your small construction yard.

    You really should reconsider joining building directly to each other through footpaths. Workers and people cant transverse through one building into another. Make one central pathway and connect the building to those.

    Suggestion: Build a large Grain silo with a factory connection to that train cargo station and store crops in it. Clothing factory Warehouse would be able to pull crops directly from it through the station and you'll be able to export crops to your food industry if you set it up later on down the railway line somewhere.

    To effectively run a train system you need 3 basic buildings, a train construction yard with attached storages, a train depot and a train distribution office. And dont forget fuel stations or your trains will be stranded.

    You can add aggregate loading station with a conveyor connection next to your small aggregate gravel storage. It will speed up the loading and unloading manifolds.

    Without a pump liquid is only pulled into a building either if the storage is overflowing or it is required in the building. In this case the tractors are pulling in the fertiliser on when needed basis

    You can connect the underground wiring to nearest substation with a planned wire doesn't have to be layed and give the demolition order on the complete line, it will be picked up by a demo office.

    When placing a vehicle repair station it is best to surround it with construction offices and vehicle depots as it has a repair radius which is visible when you put it down. Vehicles based in the buildings inside that dotted area around vehicle repair station automatically repairs the vehicles in house.

    I would definitely say this game comparing to Tropico when it comes to interacting with other countries is not true at all. The most you can interact with foreign nations in W&R is buying, selling, and immigration. No relationships, no filling orders for a particular nation.

    Im sorry bud, i have to check, you do know the Mark P and the Mark E trucks are from the western border?? They are brought with dollars, this is not a bad thing, but as you are not sending any materials to a western border for sale, you will eventually run out of money, they are typically better vehicles, and i always try and start in a place i can get to atleast one of each border so i can use some of my dollars for vehicles, but you need to be aware of what money you are spending, I would turn off the auto replace until atleast year 2000. Until then you are still going to have more vehicles being released and so the best vehicle for the job you want might not be available yet. Once you get upto the year 2000, you should be in a much better position to use the auto replace, and as you have set it to be for 20 years, and you have just sold (shakes head) most of your original vehicles, there is no point to having it now. I would also always keep atleast 1 water truck and 1 sewage truck, and keep them in a little free technical office near the centre of town. They may not do anything, but if you see them moving about, that means something is wrong. and they will help to keep things going whilst you fix it. Just a little tip for you there.

    An easy way to make money, right from day one, find a spot to pump oil. find a spot that you can get 2-3 pumps working at about 50-75%, build the pumps, 3-1 connector and a large(1500) storage. After this, you buy a cistern and tell it to pick up from the storage, and sell at the border. Then buy another cistern and keep doing this until you have enough trucks to constantly keep going. You want this spot to be close to a border. You can not look at the mini map to do this, so just pick the oil pump and scan the ground. 2 pumps at 50% about 300-400m away from a border can fill 2 11tonne cisterns constantly. As i always start with no buildings or roads already built, this will decide where i start, you just need a border with electricity, and oil within 400m. This will enable you to make money right from the start, not alot of money, but it is atleast something.

    Hey again, i have mentioned this before, but you might still be ahead of my comment, so here it is again, Selling vehicles costs you money, you DO NOT make money from selling vehicles. Much better to scrap them in a scrapyard and get some materials back from them. Also, you have told your construction offices to use the new boards storage, you want them to use the old one until it is empty, then change it over, do this with all of those storages. (as i was typing this, you corrected it) You want to build a scrapyard attached to the repair yard, one way factory connection from the scrapyard into the repair yard. This will save you alot of money on buying stuff to repair your vehicles. Government loyalty in the 40-50% range is very good without a radio centre or TV centre. So dont worry about it. I would also add in at this point, monuments only work upto 40%. So unless they are just for decoration, i wouldnt bother with them so much, having one of the big red stars every 800m, or right next to your shops is more than enough. Edit at 32 mins. Whenever you are messing about with the distribution office orders, pause the game. Set up what you think you want to do, then double check it, then triple check it, always limit the storage, always tell the distribution office to only deliver what you want. You have told the distribution office to fill a storage with no limits, which is just insane. Bye bye money, Edit at 35 mins. You have just brought a track builder that can not fit in the track building office. Office is 45m, train is 65m. Might be worth slowing down and reading the info the game gives you, LOL

    As for your final question, you are going to want a train distribution office, this can hold fuel, and will refuel your trains after each run, but i still tend to put a refuelling spot close to the border, as this is where most of your trains are going to be going. With the mistake you made before with the placement of the track builder, this would be an ideal place for a refuelling point. Trains will drive through if they dont need fuel, but if they need fuel they will pick some up and then keep going. I do still tend to put mine just off the main line with enough space to have a train in for refuelling and one waiting. also give it a cross over at each entrance. Oh i just remembered, you thought the single stack going over another track would become a switch, it doesn't, you need to add an X at places you want trains to be able to cross over to either track. Best advice i can give for this is to have the same rules for your trains from the beginning, for instance, i like to have trains that only have 5 carriages, this is a smaller train. but it means more trains can fit along the track and you dont need long sections between junctions/signals. Each train and carriage will have a length, this all comes into play when you are loading/unloading, setting up signals, junctions, everything. 5 carriages and a train is roughly 100-120m. Also, in a distribution office, you only have a finite amount of space for carriages. so i would have a distribution office set up for each of the different carriages. this way only 1 type of carriage is needed in each one, so for your crops, it would be a covered carriage, for steal it would be an open carriage. for gravel it is a dumper carriage and so on. Yeas i know i have forgotten the correct words for those carriages, havnt done trains for a while. LOL. I am only just thinking about doing them in my current run.

    Hey bud, im not shouting at you this time, im just going to tell you how i get started with industries, to give you an idea of how to proceed, So for my industry, i start off with something that is cheap to bring in, and makes a good chunk of money on the way out, so i buy in crops, and i feed one crop storage into 1 distillery, 1 food maker, and 1 fabric maker. at the side of the fabric maker, i put a warehouse that is limited to just hold fabric at 15% and clothes at 85%. These % dont really matter, but you want more clothes and less fabric, so.... On the other side of the warehouse, i add in 1 clothing maker. Have all of this far enough outside the city that pollution isnt a problem, but close enough to make travel time not too long with buses. Once all of that is built, with a bus stop that can reach all 4 production buildings, limit all down to half workers and the fabric down to 30% workers. this is more than enough to make for your city and sell. Buy a covered hull with about 5 tonnes of space for the alcohol, then have the line go from the distillery, to all pubs, and then to the border, you want a full load from the distillery, and a full empty at the border. Then buy the biggest covered hull you can for food and set that up the same, so it goes from food maker, to all shops/warehouses for shops, to the prison and then to the border, again, full load in at the food maker, and a full empty at the border. And finally set one up for the clothes, from the clothes maker, to all shops that sell them/warehouses linked to shops, to the prison and then to the border. Dont do one for fabric, as fabric requires chemicals, and isnt worth selling, but you can now tell your distribution office to stop buying fabric, clothes, food and alcohol, and tell them to get it from the makers instead. This is more of a backup than anything, as the single truck should be able to cope, but if it isnt, just buy another truck, or add more workers into the production building. If you find you have too many citizens not working, you can then build a second clothing maker at the back of the warehouse and put in a small underground walkway to get from the bus stop to the second clothing maker, if you build this to start with, then you only need to limit the fabric workers to 50-55%. Once all of that is done, you should notice the biggest expense of your republic is now fuel. Steal when building, but otherwise it fuel. So this tells you what you need to do next. But you should be making money, spending less and in a position to move into a larger area or expand on your current city. Without the heating element, you could just have 1 very large city, as heating is what makes you limit city space usually. Just remember to add in a shop every 800m or so. so people can do their shopping.

    The decade is going to end well with the first border city essentially modernized and expanded and being the economic hub of this Asian jungle Soviet Republic... If else I wonder if would be time to start build a concrete road connecting the other towns and cities and spread at least electricity, water and sewage....
