I’m a dude who’s going to a water park with my gf for the weekend. This video helps a lot because I don’t wanna destroy my locs I’ve been working on for a year now😭
your hair!!❤
Your loss are beautiful!
Thank you😁😁😁!
Never tried this before. If you want great long lasting smell, put a piece of myrrah or frankincense on a lit charcoal piece. Put small amounts at a time and shower your hair and body/clothes with the smoke. The clearer the crystal you use, the better results you’ll get. Remove them as soon as they start to turn black.
your hair grew pretty fast compare to others , nice
Mad growth in two years!
Your hair grew so fast absolutely beautiful
Its crazy girl.... you look like my sister dafxck its scary. Only difference is shes light skin 😮❤❤
What happened to you locs?
New start new energy
Your hair grew so fast!!!
Ooooo I love all the styles you've done, so cute!!
Thanks!
Girl you look beautiful AND feminine. Especially long locks are feminine. To be honest in my opinion long locks look better on women than men.
Thanks!
Had so much fun filming this with you!! 🥰🥰🥰 loveeeee!!!
Thank you for this!! 🤗 super helpful
You're so welcome!
Really enjoying these videos. You're doing well learning the skills.
Thank you!!
hey damn i see this video 2 years old but basically going with a water based shampoo would be better ??
Cute I can dig it
Congratulations on starting cosmetology school! I can only speak for my school, we learned the bare minimum. I probably know more about anatomy than styling hair. 😆 But I passed boards so I’m not complaining! 😂 Take the knowledge you know outside of school and apply it to your styles. UA-cam is your best friend! You may feel like you’re becoming self taught or find yourself training with someone else in other areas. But it’s normal. And it’ll help carry you through school! Again, congratulations on this new journey!
Thank you!!
I can see you having your own salon one day😊
Nooooooo
😢
Wow didn't see that coming
Their is no way I would have cut my beautiful locs off but it's your hair.
😢
Nooooooooo 👸🏾💯😂
How early in the loc journey can I do this? I’m about 2.5 months in and washing my hair every four weeks is about to make me give up lol
I don’t necessarily think there is a time you can start or not start, just be mindful that early on in your journey you don’t want to disturb what you are training your hair to do or cause your hair to Matte together. If doing the twist out or braid outs help, you can do them but don’t do it everytime. If you need to extend your wash days you can push it out to 5 weeks and see if that helps. I wouldn’t recommend pushing your wash days out more than 6 weeks, especially since your locs have not matured yet.
How did you do that ?
I had my locs since march 2021, lint is just starting to build up now but it like only one piece of lint of 2 of my locs out of 116 I analyze my hair everyday
That’s pretty good!
Get it girl! Pretty, love it!
Sis you are absolutely beautiful! Love your formula also.
Thank you!
Gorgeous locs!❤
Thank you!!
see, this makes me think locs aren't right for my hair, im 9 months in and they do NOT grow, they not getting thicker, they haven't really lost twist pattern and they re like so skinny, not even pencil sized and i only have 100ish locs, and i can only interlock, i live in a really hot country and a retwist doesnt even last a week, which is bad bc then my locs start to marry instantly and have to pop them which is bad
They're still maturing. You won't really start to see a change in length until you've had your locs for roughly 1 1/2 years
There are so many factors that can play apart of your experience, however stay encouraged. Your experience won’t be the same as others. However I do recommend maybe going to a professional who can look at your hair and give you some recommendations and tips based on your hair type, daily activities, maintenance etc so you can start to see some visible changes
@@The_chardaegreenlee i dont have any stylists near me that work with type 4 hair. i moved countries recently and if i wanted to go to a proffessional id have to drive for like 6 hrs 😥 but yeah ive decided to give it three years and if im still not vibing its gonna be the end
I know this was posted 6 months ago, but I hope you kept them. Everyone's journey is different. That's what makes the journey so special and unique. I wash mines every 2 weeks and that helped with thickening them. I also brush my locs to help keep them trained and minimize the frizz. The brush is a soft type bristle brush. But I'm almost 3 years in and it is worth waiting it out.
@@shanarasmith7705 ive decided to give them three years ( 2 years now) and if by then im still not feeling them ill comb them out. im 1 yr 3months now
Wow...beautiful!
Thank you!
It looks great i will definitely be trying it
Thanks!
