DnD Newlywed game
When Darla and I first got married we were on the Newlywed game. This is a throwback of the 80’s. Notice the hair. But on this show, in my defense, I truly misunderstood the question. I felt so bad, Darla almost started crying. Enjoy ... the commercials have been taken out

Awesome that the guy posting this was on it! Also no need to defend yourself Danny boy. These questions were designed to trip people up/make them look dumb for entertainment. I can safely assume many a domestic incident happened back stage after filming episodes considering how "controversial" some of the questions were for the 70s/80s.

Yes it is. We were married on May 7th, 1988. In a few weeks we will celebrate 34 years of marriage. We both are enjoying retirement together. We raised 2 boys whom we are very close to and both doing very well in life. Neither is married, but one looks like he could be pulling the trigger. They both have said they are trying to find someone like mom; but they don't exist any longer. My youngest's has found someone who he has been dating and says she is the one. We absolutely love her and think she would be perfect for him. We are keeping our fingers crossed. Life has been good for us and we've been very fortunately

Great couples. The show varies the order of the answers between giving them to the wife and giving them to the husband and vice versa. They also change the order of which couple answers when compared to the order when asking the first spouse. Also, often lost on people, including the couples is that it's the first spouse's obligation to PREDICT what the other spouse will say, not what is the correct answer. So, the first spouse is the one who answers wrong or right, not the second spouse. Good job Danny and thanks for sharing!
