Bonjour Gabrielle! Very nice video! I love that you speak in French as well! You were lucky they allowed you to film at Chapon! Well, obviously, it's because of what you do. For the rest of us, it's not quite the same. I was there at the same store last summer, in Rue du Bac and I saw how rude the employee was with some tourists for taking pictures of the chocolate mousse! He was really unpleasant! I believe he was trying to avoid people from taking pictures of him. But he was very ugly, not attractive at all and his personality matched his looks! Who wants him in their pictures when you have beautiful chocolate? Ican't help it, but when I remember my first day at Chapon, I always think about that episode.

It good to redo/ cleanse. I do it twice a year generally but sometimes we all need to do touch up. And the portrait of Ray Charles is good. Till next time - subscriber😊

j'adore le chocolat. Belle présentation des meilleurs chocolatiers. Pouvez-vous nous dire ce qu'il y avait sur le plateau de chocolat. Cela a l'air incroyable.

I wonder if the chocolate in Paris is “healthier” in terms of better for you than chocolate here in America. Obviously eating a whole lot of chocolate no matter where you are in the world isn’t the best idea but, I feel like chocolate in Europe….you can eat a whole bar and not feel gross afterwards or feel like you’re gonna end up breaking out in pimples 1-2 days later. Like the ingredients for European chocolate are probably so much better than American chocolate even though technically the only “American” chocolate brands are Nestle and Hershey’s because Lindt and Lindor are I believe Swiss.

My wife and I enjoyed your visit to Gallery Lafayette. We also watch all your others and wish you well with the channel. 25 years ago when we first arrived in France and headed to Nice, I saw Gallery Lafayette on the map and thought it was an Art gallery. I remember the store in Nice for the Two doors on the ground floor. On very hot days People would enter by one slowly travers the front of the shop and exit, Suitably cooled by the fabulous Air conditioning. A great store.
