Just got this. Compared to my previous Shark upright is that it does not have a head light which I thought was great for seeing debris and hair you don’t see without the light. Second is that when you empty the canister it is connected to the plug. My previous Shark I was able to disconnect the canister and walk it out to the garbage outside if I wanted to empty do no dust flies around when emptying. This one also had a tad smaller head. Miss my other Shark.

Does it feel like dust is flying into your face with the air from the filter being so close to the face? I got a cheap one like this on Amazon and had to return it bc of that but was hoping this one wouldn’t do that since it’s hopefully better quality

It does stand on it own. You have to take the top off and put it on the bottom part.

i ordered the rocket deluxe pro from amazon, which is basically a nicer, fancier model of this, and they sent me a cheaper model, so i returned it. thinking about just buying the one in this video at target. at least then i know what i'm getting. not really into all this online crap and waiting days only to receive the wrong thing and have to return it. i don't really need all those fancy led lights and clips on the base for the attachments, but it was nice and not much more expensive than this one is at target.

There is a position where you remove the top/heavy part and secure it down by the base, during storage. So it won't fall over when not in use
