EOS Carbon Duckbill Install on my 2018 WRX!!

I install and show the carbon CSduckbill on my 2018 WRX from Extreme Online Store. The duckbill shipped quickly and is of very nice quality. Installation was super easy as long as you have an 8mm rachet and some trim tools to remove pop clips. The duckbill comes with 3M adhesive tape and surface prep pads. Probably the most misleading video on the OFG exhaust.. I've had this exhaust for about a 6-7 months at this point, and it sounds like a fart can on a civic. Absolutely awful sounding, nothing like the video. Hands down the worst modification I've done to my Raptor to date.

Does anyone else have an issue with oil being burned in exhaust and getting the smoke and odor after idling for a few min?? Has anyone changed a PCV valve out themselves ? I was also ticked off to find that after being told my plastic oil pan was changed to metal that it’s still the same crappy plastic along with the drain plugs ….. why would they engineer such a truck with cheap components in critical places???? The only thing that comes to mind is forcing us to buy new ones every few years or buy outrageously overpriced parts …. Come on Ford, you nailed it on the design but came up short on build. Sorry for whining but I would love any help you all can provide. Thanks!!
I don’t understand if you have a oil leak around the pvc or if is you exhaust that is smoking, but i can recommend a catch can. It going to extend the life of the engine preventing carbon buildup inside the valve tunel. Hope this help
@@cesarbonilla-yx6nh no oil leaking anywhere I can find but there is a very big issue with oil smoke burning after running and the truck is idling. Going to shop day after Christmas so I’ll update.

@@troylogan3653 I like it a lot. There are a lot of trucks, with a lot of different trims. Chevy ppl and Dodge ppl and Ford ppl w other trims (ie: Lariat, Platinum, etc) can all debate which trim and platform is better, but NO ONE says their truck outshines the Raptor except the occasional Ram TRX owner (even they won’t claim “better”; will just claim the TRX is “just as good”). It sits wider and higher than every other truck I see. Is fun to drive.

It is just double sided 3M adhesive. I have had it on for a number of months and it is still rock solid

They are the morimoto XB headlights, I absolutely recommend them. Super bright and sexy.

How's the drone?
Very minimal drone to none at all. Only time it has slight drone is 2.5-3k RPM other than that it’s only loud when you floor it or are in manual mode
How are you liking it so far? Thinking of getting one this weekend for my 2020 gen2
I absolutely love this exhaust. It was relatively easy to install and sounds amazing. My favourite part is how it "changes" based off of your driving. If your just driving around normally its a little louder than stock with a deeper tone. If you step on it it gets louder and will have some pops and bangs/burbels on deceleration. I highly recoomend it!
Any drone? Is it tolerable?
@@luissantander6097 actually very minimal drone if any at all. Really the only time this exhaust is loud is when you either step on it or are in manual mode. Minor drone around 2.5-3k

What’s the base frame your using
It was an old gokart (idk what kind) and I cut up the frame and welded it together to work
I’m building a old streaker cart now. Look forward to more videos.
