Volcano Boarding in León, Nicaragua
By far the highlight of León is the volcano boarding. You have maybe seen the videos of people sliding down the side a black mountain on a wooden tablet.
I went with Via Via and the cost is $35 US and you get transport to the hill, a free t shirt or tank top, lunch beforehand and a very meager dinner afterwards.
The best part is all of the free alcohol that you get for after everyone slides down.
Basically the thing event turns into a party. There is a ton of music and the environment was terrific. People danced and talked.
I thought that it was some of the best $35 that I have ever spent. The whole event was a ton of fun and you meet a lot of people. When you get back to León, there is a party with everyone and you can go to the one bar in town with music.
The whole event is fantastic, it is a ton of fun. The actual volcano boarding is so much fun. You have to lift the base of the board, which they explain to you, in order to go fast and actually have fun. If you go fast you are at less danger and it is a blast. It is over fairly quickly but the whole time is very fun.

What to do in León, Nicaragua
Переглядів 157 годин тому
León is a really cool, although incredibly hot place, in western Nicaragua. The main attraction is to do the volcano boarding and that is the highlight. There is also the Museo de la Revolucion, the revolutionary museum. The tour is only $3 US for a one hour tour given by someone who fought against the US to liberate Nicaragua. I learned a ton on this tour and you can truly see the revolutionar...
Holbox Hostel Review (BARCO VERDE HOSTEL)

Leon Hostel Review (VOLCANO HOSTEL)

Most of the hostels in Leon 🇳🇮 are similar, they cost between $8-15 US per night, depending on if they include activities or not. I chose Volcano hostel because of its location and the pool, both of which were nice. The hostel can book tours for you and they have a small market at the front. It’s a convenient place to stay but like everywhere in Leon, it’s hot as hell. They have fans going thro...
How to Get To Isla Holbox

Things to do in Isla Holbox

You have to understand the oppression the government puts on the people and even so you will never get robbed or beaten while walking in the middle of the night. I’m from the states and I’ve been there 4 times, the people are why I go back. 🇨🇺

Bohostel is garbage. The Negative reviews are true. There are no events. Internet is slow. Breakfast is not free. It is run by 19 yra old volunteers. They hid the truth bad things. People do drugs. There is cigarettes smell everywhere. You can't enjoy the top view without being a second hand smoke of cigarettes and other drugs. Gjrls rooms very humid and cold. People seating outside can see onside of the girls room. Very noisy place until 3 am by the volunteers who brings drugs inside of the hotel. Smokers sit outside and cigarette gets inside of the girls room. Disgusting!

Hi,I'm a cuban living in Havana, and starting to see your videos.I think you weren't rude in this one,you just were honest. Most of the tourists that come visiting my country usually stay in the beautifully and annually renewed part of Havana, that is being:Obispo Street,Plaza de Armas, and the Historical Centre of Old Havana, and similars. They just don't advance further to the ugly side like you did.You just gave your sincere opinion, wich I understand.

Hey man, liked the video, though you need to get more visuals,if that is something that matters to you.The cuban tour guide seemed very informed, wich amazed me.Would you be so kind and tell me how much did the tour lasted, and just how much information did the guide provided about the places along the tour?I hope I'm not too much of a bothering,I'm trying to become a Havana's tour guide myself, but as I'm sure you can understand, there's not too much information I can find because of the bureaucracy.Greetings from Havana,Cuba and hope you are doing well wherever you are.✌️✌️✌️

"Cuban seed" is marketing. It's not the seeds origin it's the soil chemistry, microclimate rain fall etc. The Vinales has the distinction of naturally occurring lithium in the limestone soil. This combination is what sets Havanas/Puros apart from any other cigars grown in any other Part of world.

Hi dear! I visited your UA-cam channel and found it needs a lot of updates. Your products are very good. First of all your channel video SEO is very weak due to which your channel video views are not increasing. If you do SEO your video will come first in the search list and your video views and subscribers will increase. Do you want to customize your channel?

This video is filled with VERY ill advice and quite stupid of you to post online. 1. getting to Cuba is easy because Cuba has no restrictions of travel against US citizens. 2. the best routes are NOT through Mexico. In fact, you forgot to comment on the fact that lay overs in Mexico are long when you go from the US to Cuba through Mexico. The best way to get to Cuba is through Florida or Atlanta. 3. perhaps the biggest mistake of this video is that you completely neglect bringing up the fact that US citizens can't go to Cuba as tourists, on a tourist visa. A US citizen MUST have either a specific travel license or a general travel license to visit Cuba, and these licenses are offered by the US Department of State, Office of Foreign Assets Control. When you are in Cuba, you must adhere to the conditions of travel established within either of the two licenses mentioned above. You can't stay in fancy, Cuban government-owned hotels or resorts, can't travel in tourist-rated government owned buses, can't go to government-owned casinos or restaurants. If you do, you expose yourself to fines and penalties upon returning to the US. You must either travel to Cuba through a US-government approved travel agency or you must establish some sort of connection with a local Cuban Coop or grass-roots organization and your reason for travel has to be other than leisure and tourism. 4. the US goverment can impose heavy sanctions on US citizens traveling to Cuba outside of the scope of the above referenced licenses. Such sanctions could be fines of up to $25K USD, the freezing of your personal bank accounts or even prison time, among others. I really hope that you had a connection in Cuba where you delivered value and support to Cubans during your trip - otherwise, if you were there just snooping around playing tourist in Cuba, it would not be surprising if you get a knock on your door any day now and when you open there'd be a US Dept of State officer eager to take you in to ask you a few questions.

I really hope you don´t get many views on this video, it´s embarrassing. You basically proved what everyone knew, you shouldn´t travel without planning or you won´t get the most out of it. Cuba is an excellent country to visit, there is a lot of things you can do, and I personally love Trinidad. You just went to two touristy spots and think you can claim your opinion matters? Come on bro! Don't trash other countries that you don't really know, this is disrespectful and ignorant, very stereotypical.
