Male's bigger and more colourful, with nicest finnage. Females turn bright yellow/black when they are taking care of the fry 😁

Hey! It's a Chihiros A series plus 😀 still going strong after about 3 years!
The male is a red variety? Usually males are more blue in color
His whole body was electric blue, just the dorsal was red too 😍

No fry yet :( but I'll keep trying 😁 we definitely need more captive breds!
My dad's trying to get his set to breed. They come in the pet stores all the time here but they don't know how to look after them. The poor little guys when they come in are so starved that most of them die, even with all the tlc dad puts into them to try and save them. It's so sad.
You have a very nice planted aquarium and a pair of trifasciata.

No babies yet, but hopefully soon 😁 I feed them different foods, dry, frozen and a lot of live foods lately to get them in the mood for breeding 😉

porque los tienen enjaulados?les gustaria pasar asi a uds la mia anda de arbol en arbol ella sale sola,con cadena a la calle cuando vamos al mar tengo su maleta y su garrafa de agua cristal su croquetas de puppies y sus malvadiscos,chocolates y bueno no termino es como criar a un hijo, enjaulado es para mi un pecado si ellos por eso se vuelven hasta enojados por lo mismo yo al menos camina conmigo y los perros la correa junta con lo de los cachorros que tengo su niñera que es un chowchow
