It will probably get a horrible grade, since the edges are very poorly cut, but it will be a great way to take care of the card and give better opportunity to display it.

If you go all in you can get player slabs and then you can play your cards - in theory at least :D

Have you tried reaching out to the German Branch, which Heiner is managing? He might be able to give you more insigts into the different labelings.

Unfortunately, I think they will be printing this as with wave 2 with no significant changes in layout, but we don’t know yet as we haven’t had any official statements on the reprint. Thanks for checking out the video, we appreciate it! 🙌🏻

@@Kajaxis Jens probably builds for synergy and it better at building decks without playing them first. I on the other hand build for fun and consider the curve, but I am of an experiential learner, so I play and then figure out what works and doesn’t for the deck. Thanks for the encouragement, we will probably do more of gameplay, maybe some sealed? 😉

Thanks for the reply! See, I was stuck between two mindsets: one wanted to make the most optimal competitive decks, the other just wanted to play with "bad' janky cards. Ultimately, I built janky decks that are fun for me, and if I ever go to an event and get stomped out, oh well lol. Ooooh, that's exciting! Can't wait to see what's coming in the future 👀

@ I think doing both is fine, if you just want to have fun and chill, there is a deck for that, and if you want to compete and do well, there is a deck for that. I like janky decks and sort of trying to upgrade them as I play and figure out what works. 😉

You always need to be careful when reprinting cards/sets, but we agree. Sorcery needs to grow and in order for that to happen players need to be able to get product (we are still lacking very much in Europe, actually to a degree where hosting tournaments is quite hard). A.L. is too small a set to function as a core set, so they need beta for that. Speaking of supply and demand: It is also worth remembering that if the game grows, so too will the demand for specific cards. Prices only tank if available product far exceeds demand. I think they are reserving unlimited for a future set, when they have released more set, where we will see some needed reprints, but hopefully with new art, clearly distinguishing Unlimited from Beta. Beta has only been out for roughly a year and there was the original printing and then wave 2/spring/summer, so I don’t think the thirds reprint will break anything. It is still within a regular TCG cycle, and with Unique and Unique foils being so rare, not to mention the Curios, I think there will still be collectibility in the set. I think Beta will retire after this print, having boxes to cover the Dragonlord release, since it is only 13 cards. After that we know that we have a massive set coming in the fall/winter, which will then be the “main” product.

Not quite, you can defend with another minion but by declaring a defender you have the choice to then remove the target of the attack from combat... meaning the unicorn can be removed or saved from.combat so it is safe.
