Well my car is unable to run. Currently at speed utv maintenance shop. I'm unsure of the true reason at this time but I will update you as I hear more back.

They use to fly this same exact helicopter at our state fair in Ladson. Now we use a Robinson R44 Raven.

What’s your belt temps with just the front primary fan, both my fans have left the chat and I have the front fan but just wondering if it’s even worth replacing those stupid plastic fans .
Well it normally sits around 210 to 220. But if im pushing hard I get up to 270.

So what happened? Just stopped running? Decompression cams?
As I was driving it just lost all power. Engine continued to idle but no Throttle response. I turned engine off amd noticed lots of coolant all over the place.
That sucks!! When did that happen?

I was hoping that the first batch all eyes would be on those you would think the quality would be better.

Swap the crappy motor
Was it making a horrible rattling sound? If so, it's the decompression cam.
No, leaking coolant, and I believe its the head gasket that gave up. Most likely the head studs stretched which I heard rumors about since the beginning saying they were going to change them on all the cars.
@@duboisaviation2024 bummer, how many miles do you have now? Did it get hot at all before that? I've only got 350 miles so far, and really no issues except for the turbo.
@bmxdad09 780 miles. No all Temps were perfect. Water temp was 189.
How long does it take to get your speed key?
Almost 800 miles still no speed key. As far as I know. Nobody has a speed key.

@@duboisaviation2024bummer seen a few of the first deliveries lose engines recently hopefully this issue has been fixed in the new cars.

No, the engine just blew up on January 5th.
You talked about one vehicle damaging the transfer case, it had a plastic skid i think you said. Do you know if that was the “stock” skid plate, or the upgraded 1/2” skid plate package they offer? Thanks
It had the thin factory one.
Time may tell but attaching A Arms to the front diff on the Speed looks like an expensive lesson waiting to be learned to me.
It surprises me that they can still file a claim on the insurance when its damaged by flipping over . No wonder the rates are insane now

I wonder if you could start over ....maybe you have a lemon? But That doesn't seem correct because you have so many different issues.

It really is nice and easy. Just keep in mind it's normally very hot when riding a while. Let it cool or use gloves.

As a customer wanting for my Speed car for 3+ years, I appreciate everything you've posted about your customer experience with Speed UTV. Too bad about the blown tire. Might want to look into Goodyear G614's Bulletproof but they require 110# rated wheels as well.

My biggest concerns are Belt temps axles and overheating and the feedback in the steering wheel are you having any of those problems ?
Are you breaking belts? My belt temps are normally high also like stays around 260. What do you mean axles overheating? I have not seen any issues with axles. I do have feedback in the steering. I think I may eventually add an electric assist to my steering in the future. But not too bad right now.

Skidplate bolts breaking from frame flex? Also are you having issues with electronics and sensors?
Yes I broke like 8 skid plate bolts. Cheap bolts will upgrade to grade 8 bolts. Yes issues with belt temp sensor not working all the time.

Look building a vehicle is very hard. These are cool but Robby doesn’t have the resources that the big OEM guys do to take the hit needed to fix all these things.

I think the only thing worth keeping is the chassis and the outer shell . The front diff breaks belts get to hot overheats low hp turbos crack axles break

I get up to 265 often. But sensor just started to only show -40 now.
I was riding in one earlier this week and the belt temp gauge would work sometimes sometimes it wouldn't belt temps was ranging around 200 to 220
You never buy a 1st year ride from any brand car truck bike or utv
