Peterbilt 567 McNeilus XC Rearloader Yardwaste Truck
Medford signed a yardwaste contract back in June giving all yardwaste obligations in the contract to STS. This is what has been doing the route. Not too sure the logic behind a giant cab for the hills of Medford but overall a nice looking truck. I personally love STS livery so I’m happy to see them expanding in the area.

Here is one Nauset Disposal’s Carry Cans they acquired from Republic. It’s a pretty cool system they have here using Curotto's and Carry Cans rather then rear loaders on dead-ends. Cool video! So they're 100% carted up there now? Also I'm pretty sure this is just a 17 or 20yd standard McNeilus RL, the M5 is much much smaller.
For what it’s worth Cambridge actually buys the McNeilus Heavy Duty (HD) rear loaders, they have thicker floors and bigger cylinders. (Same as WM). You couldn’t tell it from a Standard seeing it on the street, you’d have to check the badge on the side to see the model number

Does this truck manage to complete it's route without going dead? This guy runs the packer for each bin individually. Each time it packs,it's using valuable power. Someone must have gotten a hefty kickback for buying this one?
