The grate movement motor harness contacts the rack. The cord grip lost its lock nut also. Professional maintenance, yo!

What I found is that after a few brush replacements the flip lid of the brush box snaps off from metal fatigue. How does one replace that (and is it easy)?
Unfortunately if the small metal tabs break off that hold the brushes in place, it is not possible to repair/replace these - you may be able to fashion something else to hold the springs on the brushes in place - e.g. wrapping a cable tie around, etc.

Such a great and easy to follow resource. When the pellet boiler said "replace carbon brushes" I feared expense....but this meant it cost less than a tenner....exactly as described in video. Thank you for taking the time x
