Beautiful army! Lovely collection of sculpts. The orange Dragon is certainly a great choice, although part of me wishes the other draconic elements of your army were orange to match!

First of all, what a beautifully painted and converted army! I love the shiny crimson armor in particular. I've built a list for an event in November which has many similarities with yours - the core is 15 chaos warriors, 5 knights, skirmishing Marauders with the Mark of Khorne and the Lord on dragon. Outside of that I'm going to take 5 Marauder Horsemen in place of the dogs and then 3 chaos ogres, 10 chosen warriors, a Sorceror and the giant chaos spawn in place of all the dragon ogres. I think dragon ogres are hard to beat, I'm just really working with what I have model wise! I'm also going multi-god with the marks, so it's been a fun exercise trying to blend Khorne, Nurgle and Slaanesh in terms of the colour scheme and picking some common elements to tie it all together. It is indeed very easy to dump all your points into the Lord on dragon! I don't know that there's a need for it though - even with a couple of choice upgrades he is still an absolute blender!

I lost my enthusiasm for chaos warriors when I read through Ravening Hordes but this video has revived it.

Very cool army! Beautifully painted. And those old school Dragon Ogres! Love them! The hounds btw are great for blocking the opponent. Give them vanguard and just march them up in front of a unit you don't want to get charged by. I usually run 2 units of 5. Anyway, great stuff, great video. PS: You've got a hum on your audio. Some interferance or a bad connection? Or your AC, perhaps? The rest of the production is really tight.

Take Care! The black claws look sweet. The detail is incredible. It’s like my eyes miss something every rotation, because discerning the different sculpts apart from each other is too difficult. The blood splatter is not evident imo. Thanks for showing those DOs

I have been eyeing gearguts as an alternative to GW. They are way more affordable and I have no interest in playing in tournaments, I just play with friends. So this is the way for me. Seeing the pieces painted, da boss mk4 especially, gives me a good idea of what to shoot for. I don't have a 3d printer so buying physical minis gets expensive if you only buy GW minis, but if you don't aspire to play in tournaments, then it gets overly expensive. My favorite part is the build and paint phase anyway.
