I personally enjoy him he's not the greatest, and yeah, he doesn't fit in Blaster due to him being a bit longer than the other cassette bots, but as a stand-alone figure, he's ok I just feel like he would've been better sold with other figures or a cassette multi-pack.

Still think this is one of the best bumblebee figures we have recieved recently. I like the newest SS86 version too but they both hit different. I like how good this bee looks in that clear yellow plastic as its like he is made of the honey from bees lol.

Cool lookin Soundwave, this can be a continue of the white iphone Speaker Optimus. Can be a nice touch, pressing Soundwave and playing any Linkin P;) I think transparency reason is simple, because the gold can be look better mixing with clear plastic material, like resin. Mixing gold powder with the classic white plastic would be much lighter, pastel. I know this because I have worked few times with two component resin. Thanks for the review.

I’m a OG collector and the k os are fun to open but I haven’t got one that wasn’t damaged in shipping. It’s mostly the box but the toy always needs right out of the box to work right. Mostly I go for the off ball ones like black prime and I have this red mirage in the mail right now. I wish they made more colors of others like a sun storm. I missed out on the ehobby one.

I got the T30, Siege, Wreck 'n' Rule versions, being a fan of the Wreckers and of Springer in particular. Given the delay in releasing him in the UK I've had plenty of time to think it over. If the price comes down I'll definitely get him, as opposed to merely probably getting him. Shall have to see how he looks with the SS86 Arcee. Gah. I'm being marketed to again.

If I remember from the transformers anime that had them, they were transformers that had 3 forms. They had the standard robot form, alt mode, and a human mode. The same anime had humans who drove their alt modes and became head masters to transform. It definitely would be interesting to see the gimmick return.

The first Transformer I ever got. Man was I disappointed. The arms were the only point of articulation, he was a partsformer, and the couch ate 1/5th of him within a week. Those original toys kinda sucked, but holy crap are the fans spoiled now.

Most of my collection is still boxed, but I do have some open and on display.

I still keep my boxes to store away my Transformers figures, only before Legacy, when it got rid of the plastic windowing, which didn't help with the majority of Deluxe and Voyager packaging.

I did get this guy, he is a fantastic figure. I also have the energon deco and the armada hasbro deco of the original, also cool figures for their time. Very happy with him in my collection.

But since when there are autobots with turtle heads on cybertron? I really wanna know how did this unknown (yup no name- he just can't be called Party Wallop-no way!!!!) transformer got stuck in this car mode and what happened that he looks just like a giant turtle!!!! P.s. If the turtles did this to him just like what Cobra did to Megatron turning him into a tank in Gi Joe comics....well there shall be hell to pay and reptiles are scr3w3d!!!!!

That's from Power of the Primes. This iteration was called Prime Masters, and the Pretender Shells were called Decoy Armors. The Prime Masters transformed into (Headmaster compatible) Matrix Cores that you can put into the frames that came with Optimus Prime, Rodimus Prime, Optimal Optimus, and (for whatever reason cuz Hasbruh decided he needed one of his own) Predaking (who came with IDW Shockwave aka Onyx Prime). And being Headmaster compatible meant that yes, you can give Rodimus the Rodimus Prime Headmaster from that Titans Return boxset or the Hot Rod Headmaster from TR/LG45 Targetmaster Hot Rod for a Matrix, or you can give Optimus the Headmaster from either the TR Voyager Optimus or LG35 Super Ginrai for a Matrix, etc.

I really didn't like Pretenders as a kid, but the Decoy Armor version is freakin' awesome. I really wish they had made all the shells.

I loved the headmasters. Loved the gimmick. Kinda like combiners, they work together as one unit.

Are my eyes just playinng tricks on me? Battle damage aside, I legit feel the Siege car mode is a bit closer to the cartoon. *shrug* I like the lime green a bit more than the dull green. Planning to keep both, displaying SS86 in bot mode and Siege in an alt mode. On SS86 car mode, the light green and yellow bits on the top of the car just stick out too far.

It's not called browning because it was brown in the cartoon 🤣🤣 it's A Browning M1910 pistol, named for the designer John Moses Browning.

He looks so much more like Megatron than the G1 toy. It's great that they made him small for the show. I wouldn't be surprised if that was a call back to the Microman toys that the original G1 toys were based on. I was explaining the original story for the toys to my son the other day and he was mesmerized. Tiny cybernetic humans from another dimension came to our world and hid in plain sight as toys. If you think about the first Transformers toys it makes more sense as there were only one of at least a few of the cars that the G1 Transformers turned into. A kid could have a toy of one on his shelf but nobody would be driving one around in the eighties. Wheeljack, Mirage, and Jazz all turn into cars that are based on vehicles that were custom made and only had one in existence. The Lambo brothers would have had a hard time disguising themselves as there were so few owned that they would stand out in public. Someone having toys of those vehicles made perfect sense, though. The robots were able to speak but were totally controlled by humans and not sentient. That's why the G1 vehicles open up and have room to hold a tiny human.
