Homeless camp
Masterful !
If I may ask. I'm old and thought I'd give it a go. I like ur painting style and voice.😊 I have the Cobras 3 primary colors and b/w starter kit. Do you suggest I get any other color. They're water soluble oils. Should I get a thinner? If so what would you suggest? Ty. Keep up the good work 💪 🎉
Is the painting to the right (man and wheelbarrow) for sail?😊
Clearly you’re an accomplished landscape artist. I hope to see more videos, as I could learn so much from you. Thank you for this one. It was fantastic!!
What an amazing artist you are! Loved your speed paint! Please check out my art channel as well. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks! have a lovely day!
Love this painting. Koos, you so remind me of my good friend Louis Audie, as do your paintings... I miss Lou terribly, his death left a big hole in my life.

3:06 for beginners- this brush is wonderful- especially for creating clouds- skies- shapes- and for blending-
0:14 the intro is amazing- gives the viewer a sense of your beautiful works- A painters ability to see and mix color- along with their signature brushstrokes is what makes their work’s unique and stand out- Beautiful rendition of trees- The landscape compositions - balanced and draw the viewers into a different realm- of another place and time- 0:15 the clouds- beautifully rendered- with values and color mixes- giving the illusion of free floating clouds- wonderful depth-
Nice tutorial- great tips throughout- your brushwork for the right side trees is wonderful- shape- strokes- values- color mix - wonderful! 11:45 Please consider more tutorials of the landscape- thank you Best wishes Btw- your setup is also wonderful for viewers to see - the lighting- angle of canvas is on point! Hope you read your comments- there’s an overall request for more tutorials as such- thank you
Πολύ ωραίο τοπίο. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο για μας αν βλέπαμε συνέχεια την παλέτα και το ανακάτεμα των χρωμάτων. Ευχαριστούμε!
It's all Greek to me, I think...
I loved this painting tutorial although I am using acrylics I am going to subscribe ! Thank you! From one S.A. to another 😊😊😊❤❤
Thank you Kathy, please stay "tuned' more good stuff to follow.
I love painting on a white canvas I started out that way and only about a year ago I discovered to stain over to be able to see the true color being applied I'm really having to work on that LOL to me or white canvas is crisp and clean painting over a canvas that has got a wash over it trick my mind into thinking I'm painting over a used canvas. I know we're all different😅
I was very impressed by your tutorial. I can’t believe this is only your second, as good as you are. I truly hope to see more landscapes from you. There are very few truly skilled landscape artists on UA-cam they aren’t realists or hyper realists. This turned out beautifully!!
Thank you kindly.
It’s really sad about the desecration of the graves/ gravestones, especially the Jewish quarter. The place is rather unkempt and only gets a mow of the grass, every now and then 😢 But you can still see Paul Kruger and his wife’s graves there. Also various South African Presidents and Prime Ministers. Jopie Fourie’s dedication stone is there, as well as the grave of the infamous Australian soldier, Breaker Morant. What’s truly sad to see is the many soldiers’ graves from all over the world: England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and from all over Europe, plus Boer graves. Perhaps the saddest of all is all the small children buried there, some with sandstone and concrete sculpted Angels mounted above the gravestones.
Kosie!..pragtig soos altyd. ❤
😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Nothing resembling the early 1970s. I used to walk all the way from Tuks back to the Normaal College residences.
yes - sunnyside is fucked beyond belief now
Used to live in these streets. Missings
Thank you for NOT playing music. It is too distracting on other sites that do have music. Thank you for sharing your skills and abilities, God bless!
Yes- playing music while listening to a tutorial- the brain competes with what to focus on-
Next to to station square at station place that's where I live
So sad what has become of a once beautiful and resplendent park, which I remember so well growing up, as we lived for a few years in the flats, Park Gardens, across the street 😢
