No Sh*t November Nutrition Challenge and Book Club [BRIO in the Box Podcast ep 060]
Im your friend in all of this. The list is large of leucine and Lysine foods in the plant based world. After you said there's none! Maybe you eat some of these foods ? But probably not because they're not efficient and reliable?? So tired if the argument that Oreos and cheetos are vegan! Like that's really any health conscious persons go to food?
Twins health study from Stanford in 2023. Proving genetics don't necessarily have the same outcome. The China study/China project from Colin Campbell The Montgomery heart and wellness center; who regularly shows benefits of a vegan diet with positive results. Along with other methods such as hyperbaric chambers The CHIP project in Chicago Seventh day Adventist study 1 and 2 Alan Goldhammer at the True North health Center who uses water fasting and a vegan diet.
A prime example of a couple of educated people who hope their audience hasn't done any real research. She puts her foot in her mouth when bashing plant foods. Saying just because its loaded with nutrients doesn't mean that your gut will absorb it. Ok I'm sure that's true in some cases, but why can't we flip that argument when eating meat? We push out of our minds all the harm that comes from meat consumption (cooking methods, Salmonella, abundance of Saturated fat). My plea to all the Carnivore proponents is to Please! be a genuine Carnivore! Tear your meat from the flesh, swallow without chewing, fight off scavengers, flies, others in the pride trying to survive. Chase down your prey on foot. No weapons please! Wait! Nevermind. We're better than the animals. We're smarter, more advanced, so we have someone do the killing for us. The less smart advanced and worthy people do the killing for us. See the parallels and the disconnect at the same time? Animals: Not worthy of a natural life, but a necessity for you to . . . thrive?
heart disease and stroke risk increasing on meat based diets should be enough of a warning sign 👀
appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion. Have a great day!
Feel free to share the pubmed link for the research you're referring to and we'd be happy to break it down in a future episode

Cuando uno sube un vídeo tiene que tener la responsabilidad de transmitirle a la gente, no solo los ejercicios que quieran compartir sino también el uso correcto de los elementos que tanto cuestan comprar para que la gente use y no mal use
Cute
Great episode! Mike has always been a great leader, always doing his best to help others, including his annoying younger brothers!
Where do you buy them fuckin straps with the handle man?
If you get a bigger tire, put some wood in the bottom with like a metal pipe sticking up and you can add much more weight
A sled for ants
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Where you get the straps from?
Neighbors must love guy. “There he goes again with that F’ing tire!”
I knew your motto of "Be excellent to each other" but I didn't know your inspiration until now. Great story! :)
Excellent content and production value in your first podcast Jocelyn & David. Looking forward to more of these! Thanks for shring.
Cant really carry much weight though can it?
you can put a base in it and put a sandbag/s, you can stuff smaller sandbags in the inner rim of the tyre, and you can still stick a plate on the top 😃
Throw in hex head dumb bells to suit. They dont jump out. Doesnt take much given the coefficient of friction of rubber sidewall on concrete or pavement.
Great 👍 where can I get straps cheap?
Search for furniture lifting straps. I found a 2m one costing 16$
Wooden planks cut to size and screwed easily 100 kgs if not more.
Mmm I tend to disagree with you about the unpartitionned murph they had all this problem because of the heat that day, men started at 2pm and girls even later... Athlete said pullup bars were burning hot, the ground (synthetic grass) although.. and other things like that... Why would they program the atlanta (unpartitionned) work out in 2020 then Atalanta 1-mile run 100 handstand push-ups 200 single-leg squats 300 pull-ups 1-mile run That workout is a proper super human workout, but games athlete managed to get through it this time, even as a final event. Nice video by the way, Good tips

Best part of this vid is that painting of the bangin Tahiti chick on the wall....
Congrats on the pr... awesome lift!
Really good video
Excellent quick form video, perfect for linking. Thanks!
if you only watch the video from the bottom then side from group you likely would say she had done a overhead squat right?
not trying to turn this into a silly argument, but it looks to me like a clean and squat, ( pause) and my comment was targeting the jerk portion of this saying I was impressed with her ability to get back up. when I watch Olympic lifters jerk it's not like this, they explode up with the weight more than get under it.
That was not an overhead squat, it was a squat and jerk... Hence the term squat jerk. Overhead squats are an accessory lift for the snatch.
awesome. Have to respect it, It turned into an overhead squat more than a jerk. she got locked out waaaaay down there at the bottom which is pretty bad ass to see successfully get up from.
This is awesome, glad it popped up on my video feed! :P
This is the best thing I have ever seen.
Awesome thank you for posting
Nice job man, gud form.
@StefanoPelinga As with anything... yes it is, if you attempt one that's beyond your abilities. The variations allow you to work up to full ring dips. When done properly they're a great upper body exercise and will only hurt you in the best possible way.
Thank you :)
