    I've just started on ligaplex 2. It's been 4 and a half full days now so very very early. How long should I be prepared to give ligaplex 2 before I can start to judge if it is helping me with my issue?

      Great question. Usually supplements take a good month to really kick in. The herbs are generally sooner (almost like a medication) but whole food supplements.... you are feeding the tissue and allowing it to heal. So, they take about a month or so.

      normal fatigue after working hard? or increased fatigue? ... look at increasing your mineral content (baja sea salt, trace mineral supplement)... a lot of times that knocks out basic fatigue issues.

    Thank you so much for this video. I'm wondering is it OK to take more than one of these at a time? Or do you need to separate them and take each one on an empty stomach in which case you wouldn't be able to eat all day? Thank you

      You can take these supplements all at the same time and on an empty stomach. The Standard process line is just food... so you're good. The Medi herb line are herbs. So these might make you feel weird on an empty stomach. But we take them together with no issues. Please let me know how you do with it. In the am I always drink some water with a little Celtic sea salt for mineral uptake.... that also helps.

    What about Charley horse and sciatica.. i had herniation and not any more. Now is bulging l4l5..and. I still have sciatica in whole leg

      These supplements are a great way to heal up the tissue. But if the sciatica is being caused by the disc, please go and get therapy, traction, injections, etc to remove the tension on the nerve... If not, symptoms will be up and down.

    Great info !!! What would you recommend for "degenerative arthritis " in the neck ? Idk..remember if it was this video but i remember you saying about the epidural scar tissue which i had 4 epidurals 4 births which supplement would help with that scar tissue? Ty !!

      I would do these for the degeneration... arthritis issues. Make sure you do some anti inflammatory dietary changes. And some type of traction (to open up the joint and allow the tissue to not be so irritated) Scar tissue - Gotu Kola is a great one. And look into ELDA L5-S1 exercises to stretch the tissue out. This takes time... So please let me know the progress in a few weeks.

      boswellia is great for reducing inflammation. So if your migraine is inflammation triggered... great success. If it is trigger by other things... not so much. I always start there b/c the nerve gets irrigated anyway with migraines. So it will still dull the symptoms. Let me know if it helps you

      not like the cal amo one. (like a salt) Which can be taken every few hours. The herbal ones will make you feel weird if you take them too close. The b vit one for sure. Make you feel shaky.

      Not necessarily. Squats are one of the best movements for your quads which will protect that knee and keep it healthy.
