Thanks for putting up a nice "farewell" video. Honestly, this channel was probably my fav next to MMM's channel. There's all these "reacts to" channels and frankly that stuff is not my ball of wax. Your work in assembling MAMAMOO info has been absolutely superb and inspiring. Thank You three thousand. I also totally get having to "move on". There was a period about 10 years ago where I was in between jobs and I was churning out so much YT content that in retrospect it's almost sightly disturbing (although I'm still very proud of it all). However, like you, I also tend to migrate through genres/interests and when it's time to go, it's time to go. Here's a little story tho: In 2017 did a major blog project about the late guitarist Allan Holdsworth and when it was finished (I covered his whole life story), I felt burnt out on Allan's music and moved on to something very different (like Mamamoo, for example). HOWEVER, a few years later, some label in the UK found my site and asked me to write some liner notes for a CD. They then offered to publish my Holdsworth blog in book form. I decided to give it a whirl. Holy imposter syndrome! I did "reconnect" somewhat with the music, but it was somewhat excruciating doing promotion. At the time, I compared it with reuniting with an ex-wife and pretending that we'd never divorced for the sake of impressing relatives. Nonetheless, the book was completed and it's paid me back $$$$$.$$ so I can't complain too much. Also I have kind of "reunited" with the music of Allan Holdsworth as "friends", and everything is just coolio. So, all I'm trying to say is, don't think of it as closing up shop permanently since you never know when you may decide to reopen it. Finally, you mentioned hoping that someone else will be picking up the Moo torch. I'm just going to leave the url of my own MAMAMOO project, which I still update. It's not a news site, rather its purpose is to provide music analysis and links to all official music content created by the members: mamamamamoo.blogspot.com. It's up to date as of last week. I tried to post it once before on a different channel and my comment was immediately deleted so maybe this is a YT no-no, but whatever, it's all cool. Anyways, best wishes! Firstly, thank you. You have contributed a lot to the fandom, and that goes beyond just news updates or subbing. You gave a part of yourself in everything you did, in your presentation of Mamamoo news for example, which made it so enjoyable in the first place. Always remember that you made people's days with what you did in this space. Secondly, people change with time, and so do their passions. If Mamamoo's recent solo cbs haven't been your cup of tea, I completely understand why you'd lose interest in them, or rather, in their smaller updates. As someone who loved MoonSuns' solos, I'm still in a similar position to yours. Thirdly, focusing on your life is more important than any kpop news update or merch. I'm really glad that you are being honest and letting us know about this. In fact, I feel honoured that we are privy to this knowledge at all. Tbh I 1000 percent believe that the members themselves would absolutely LOVE your decision here because when they talk about how they cheer for moomoos as much as we cheer for them, I think this is exactly the sort of thing they meant. people say kpop is more than music, more than a specific genre, it is, if you decide to dive head first into it, a full time hobby. it definitely is that for me and i love every second of every day i am spending with that hobby. that said, even as a multi who follows manymany groups, i am pretty sure there will come a time when i will move on and will spend more time on other things. however, i am very thankful to have found your channel and discord while getting to know mamamoo several years ago. without you i might not even know about the big moocord and you showed me the way to several of the fan sub projects that brought mmm even closer to my heart. i thank you for that. 🙇🫶💚

I too still like Mamamoo very much. Though not much OT4 over the last year but I m watching how each member is doing on their solo which they say will concentrate on this year. As it is Mamamoo is make up of 4 great and talented solo artists blank together to form One.
