Thats interesting that you're not the biggest fan of the script for the Batman. I found it refreshing and fascinating to study a bruce wayne that has been Batman before learning that Bruce Wayne must not be neglected.

Quite dismissive to just be like "anyone who doesn't think this is great is sexist". I hope every game is amazing, but when they show a game and nothing about it interests me, it makes me lose that hope. And this is the kind of game I want to be interested in but it looks incredibly safe and uninspired based on what they're showing me. I'm sure it will be fine but I don't have time or money to play every game that's just fine. Nothing about Kay is really piquing my interest, they haven't really shown any personality or story from her, where if they were like 'character creator and you can be 10 different aliens' I'd at least be like "Damn that's kinda cool'. Compare it to Jedi Fallen Order where the Reveal Trailer is all about Cal Kestis and him being a jedi in hiding, very clear communication of his character and it ***shows*** you who he is in the trailer and makes you want to play as him. The reveal trailer for this game is just a mashup of "Star Wars Stuff", like it even has 2 giant space battles in it which are totally out of place for an outlaw/scoundrel game, while narrators "tell dont show" you what the game is about. If they want to convince me it is a good idea to have named player character they need to show me that the character is interesting. I like the cool little guy (I am kind of a sucker for a cool little guy) and the the idea behind this but the execution just seems very... meh to me. Despite saying you are in the seedy underworld and your choices matter, they have shown nothing but Kay just shooting "bad guys" (criminals and Imps), stealing from "bad guys", or double crossing "bad guys". I don't really have the faith or trust in Ubisoft to carry through on that promise if they can't even tease me on it. They haven't even attempted to show any meaningful choice or moral quandary (no I do not count "double cross this other criminal for -rep" as a meaningful choice). The space stuff looks very lame from the full gameplay video, the space combat is copied out of Star Wars Battlefront 2, which is an interesting choice in that it was designed for doing air to ground so it's very slow and designed for aiming at static targets not other moving ships in space, the transitions in the full gameplay showcase I hope were heavily edited because it was very jarring. The on the ground gameplay was very weirdly edited together, but the combat itself looked very dumbed down and easy, the enemies barely even reacted to your presence and just stood around like generic open world ubisoft guards waiting for you to do stealth takedowns on them. The combat was incredibly unresponsive, there is a portion where Kay is shooting enemies and they are just standing there in the open not reacting at all, no indication if it's even registering hits. Now that could just be "trailer difficulty" but again, they're taking the time to show me stuff to sell me on this game and it isn't selling me. Anyways that's my rant on this. Totally valid if this does interest you, it just isn't speaking to me and that is valid too. My main point here is that just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they're sexist - and I think it is very ironic to be addressing the culture war stuff and then be doing the culture war stuff saying anyone who disagrees with you must be sexist.

I watched gameplay and then saw your video and was, hey lets watch them react to .... Oh different gameplay, lol. Spoiled for choices 😁 I'm with the two of you there are far too many critics of current projects, like the acolyte where "bad writing" is just code for the cast not being white men as far as the eye can see. Im keen for a game that tells a different kind of story and I'm not so insecure that I need yet another protagonist that looks a bit like me. Kay and Nyx seem like a great pair to tell a story and I'm here for it.

Yup, that was Qi'ra, she was named outright in the presentation. Makes sense considering the time period, though marginally surprised she survived that long as head of the organisation.

I'm so tired of them filling these games with ugly w... just kidding! No, yeah, I hear ya, I don't understand a lot of the vitriol in many cases nowadays with gaming. Some stuff may seem warranted, I definitely agree that the pricing structure Ubisoft is using now with this and AC Shadows sucks - yes, you aren't playing it early, you're paying to play it on time. That being said, I feel like I still need to see more before I can fully commit to this one. I love the idea, an open-world Star Wars game feels like a no-brainer. However, I let myself get swept up in the Starfield hype and bought an XSX just for that game and, I don't know, I got a ton of hours of relative fun out of it, but it still didn't quite live up to my expectations in many regards. I want to see some legit gameplay, see the HUD, the menu, the map. And I don't know what an "open world" game quite looks like when you can travel to different planets. What are loading screens going to be like for that?? Lot's of unknowns still for me. Bottom line, it looks pretty good, pretty fun, but I need to see more to be sure. Im a fan of Ubisoft games. Not a fan of them as a business, i have a lot against them as when it comes to their business practices. Most of their games are pretty well optimized and their open worlds are beautiful. Far Cry, Assassins Creed, Division 2. They're not not perfect but they play pretty well out of the gate. As for the culture war stuff, i think that's more of a Disney thing. Disney has definitely over corrected when it comes to alot of the culture war issues. It makes sense it would trickle into Star Wars.

What I don't get is how there are people who claim to have played the Borderlands games, that are angry and that think this movie looks too slap stick parody. Which clearly shows they've never played the game. That game makes fun of itself even. I don't see how they can say this isn't like the game. the game dialogue is off the hinge most of the time.

The princess and daemon had three kids one of which died in the show during child birth. The other two kids between the princess and daemon were shown to viserys when they came to fight the claims vaemond was saying about the strong luc Jac and joffery. The princesses kids with daemon are named Viserys II and Aegon III. One of those two carry on the targaryen line after the dance of dragons. Rhaneryas mother was an Emma Arryn from the vale. Corlys's children with Rhenys are only 1/4 targaryen since Rhenys's father was a baratheon. So laena and laenor are only 1/4 targareyn 1/4 baratheon and 1/2 Valeryon between corlys and rhenys. So the children that daemon and Laena had are more targaryen then Laena and Laenor are they would be 3/4 targaryen 1/8 baratheon and 1/4 valeryon.

I have now watched several different reaction videos. There appear to be two different versions of the trailer, which surprised me. You're watching what I call version 2. Only one other video watches this version. All the other reaction videos I've watched, watch what I call version 1 just because it's watched by so many other UA-camrs.

This is something for those that have read the books and know what is to come. And i could completely be wrong on what this scene is about and what episode it will take place at. But when Alicent says: " you have no idea of the sacrifices that were made to put you on that throne." I think this takes place after a lot of Blood and maybe a Cheese dinner. And the look Aegon gives... WOW, he is like: " Do I not? I just payed the price, tenfold. Do not talk to ME about sacrifice." And I love it. I could be wrong bit still something cool to think about.

my connection to this song is only the similarity of struggle,, i'm undiagnosed autistic and have struggled with being a bit weird my whole life i had to start my own business because i had problems holding a job with sleep disorders and high ethics.. but managed to stay in business the last 40 years without needing to advertise or even carry a card, i run a lawn and tree service, a 1st responder thru 40 years of hurricanes in fla ,and do all phases of construction and kind of an inventor on the side, after six years of development i figured out a disaster response product that could help millions worldwide .. then my insurance agent forgot to post a payment back in 2020 and the state took everything i worked the last 40 years for away .. stuck at home like a prisoner i came online and saw people helping others so i started making videos explaining what i was. trying to do to get help, and found out if the platform your uploading to doesn't promote you your just talking to your phone, and then i see stuff like this and get jealous because i will never write a song that gets peoples attn like this. so my chances of bringing my ideas to the world are fading. and it's scary as hell to think of all that could be, but it may all be lost because one person forgot to hit enter on there keyboard.. and my chances of succeeding alone are close to those of getting out of quicksand alone..

Being a Transformers Fan and Collector for 40 years I am intrigued by the new ascetic for the characters. With the release in September of this year. I believe it will get a special early release date on Tuesday September 17th 2024, which will be 40 years to the day that the original The Transformers G1 cartoon series premiered in 1984. Yesssss!!! Till All Are One!!!!!

Oh, and the female bot is Elita One. :) She was Optimus's love interest in the original cartoon. (She was mostly off-screen fighting Decepticons on Cybertron in the 80s, while Optimus fought Decepticons on Earth.)

I'm pumped for this movie, I love that it's totally set on Cybertron and is showing us something we've really never seen in film before, how Megatron and Optimus used to be best friends. Also caught brief glimpses of Starscream, Shockwave, Soundwave, and what appears to be Airachnid (the spider lady).

I think I might like it besides ROTB alot more than Bumblebee since the only thing I liked about that Bumblebee movie that the Transformers fandom loves so much was just the "Back To Life" song and nothing else because I was always more of a Beast Wars,Unicron Trilogy,RID 2001, and Animated person lol.

I appreciate that people have gotten the live action versions of my childhood and that those movies are their transformers. I also appreciate that many of the TV show have been released over the years keeping this franchise fresh and current for younger generations who enjoy them as I did when they were new. Absolutely no criticism from me. As for my love of transformers...it died on a table in 1986. I honestly hope that everyone, that's excited about this movie coming out gets what they're hoping for ❤

Yes; this story was told already, way back during the third season of the original Thansformers cartoons. The Thansformers, the movie, introduced us to the Precursor race, who made the robots as slaves for other planets. During the third season; above takes place after the movie, bits of their history start to unfold, and we learn the truth. This movie seems to be a new take on that history, as Prime and Megatron were never friends. Aurobots were worker bots, while Decepticons were war bots. They were sent into battles, so the faction using them didn't have to die. They were throw away bots. They rebelled. Once free; Megatron believed only the attorney strong should rule and rule he did with an iron fist. The Autobots themselves then rebelled against them, starting the Cybertronian War which had gone on for Eons. War before Earth had its first humans.

I think many people are pre-judging it way too soon. The director has already confirmed that the first trailer focused on the buddy elements as well as the humor because he wants it to be welcome and inviting. However, the film is about the divergent paths that both Optimus & Megatron begin to take that eventually leads to the war and that it will get dark quickly. This is supposed to be a trilogy...this first movie is only the beginning. By the end when it's all said and done, I believe finally seeing the relationship Optimus & Meg had as friends will make the tragic turns that the war takes even more poignant. In addition, the Transformers Bible was used to craft the film. People forget stuff like the psuedo-organic life like Turbofoxes are straight up from G1...Mirage used to hunt Turbofoxes, remember? The fact that in G1, Transformers couldn't transform and didn't have their cogs...they were oppressed by the Quintessons. This looks the same thing...the Quintessons are oppressing the Transformers and both Megs and Optimus rise up against them. Even Megatron's D-16 identity is a callback to the Japanese naming convention as well as Marvel Comic's black helmeted early Megs. Starscream, Shockwave, and Soundwave all look bang on if you pause that throne room scene. I'm excited and I think this will turn out way better than some of the G1 grognards are giving it. Hell, the Quintessons look badazz. I'm amped for it. People need to give it time and a couple more trailers. This is for the kids but it's also going to end up being more darker in the end. And hearing Peter Cullen's voice when he says One gave me chills!
