Thank you all for staying put during this period of silence from me - I’ve been in India doing a month-long intensive yoga teacher training course! I’m now back and trying to split my time between nursing and teaching, and feel like perspective on things has changed a bit!
So I wanted to share with you some of my suggestions on how to look after yourself, and others, in the workplace. This isn’t really specific to vet practice, and can be applied to lots of different jobs. I think we need to be more conscious and aware of the trials and stresses of work, and do what we can to keep our mental health in check.
