Bro, this shit should be meta in 1.10. I keep 5 dismounters on my character with different ashes that I hardswap to. Spin slash is an amazing mixup and so is sword dance. Storm blade is a great ranged option and the stormcaller does great damage in trades. I love it!

The problem with this ash is it doesn’t track well enough against nimble enemies. Perhaps that’s why you don’t see it much in PvP. It’s great against bosses but not against decent PvP opponents who are constantly moving laterally. Sword dance is much more effective in catching nimble opponents.

Honestly I'm so sad that it can't be used on great swords it was my favorite on the claymore in ds3

On the note of two handing weapons that are usually held with another weapon: Id love to see a video on the two-handed greatshields! The main one is of course the Fingerprint Stone Shield, but Ive had some success with fhe Visage Shield, as well as the Dragonclaw shield! The gaurd and running R1 (which keeps your gaurd up while you move forward and attack) allows you to easily move in, keep pressure up, rollcatch, and punish!

I love this. I absolutely love this. Don't get me wrong this is everyone's game and everyone should play it however they want but I dislike all the tech very much. Souls is turning into mortal Kombat and getting less like an rpg every day. It's hard to stay immersed when you're fighting against 50 weapons.

I discovered the power of this AOW recently. I couldn’t beat Malenia and I started experimenting. Upgraded a heavy Claymore to max and figured thrusting would be the way to go to crush her weak poise. Impaling thrust lead me to victory, plus with the thrusting R2. Had no idea you could make a thrust train out of this AOW!! Soooooo underrated.
