This might be a stupid question, but; What do I do if I'm working 2 other jobs at 2 different companies, but also work as a sole trader doing my own thing? Cause I know I'm already getting taxed on those 2 jobs already, do I still need to declare it? or will that cause me to get taxed twice? I'm a little confused cause I haven't come across a video explaining how to do a Self Assessment if you are working multiple jobs at the same time, only just one job.

Is it true that the share value will decrease even if new shares are not introduced by the company? For example, if there were already enough available shares within the company to do this offering? Or is it the case that new shares are always introduced with this rights issue offering?

Does anyone know if the special rules apply if two different versions of "you" (i.e. separate entities) buy & sell the shares - in my case it means "me" selling shares from a investment fund, and my ISA fund with same company buying them back (usually on the same day, for the same price). With CGT allowance falling to £3k this year, you only need to have made ~15% gain to exceed that when shifting £20k into an ISA. Also, re working out the total cost of buying the shares, if you have accumulation shares you can add the annual dividends (not paid to you as cash, but incorporated into the share value) to the "cost" of buying your Section 104 holdings and so reducing your CGT.
