Definitely works on Xbox! The issues people had were on pc with the marketplace version and the wbsim mod, which wasn't even every person, making it difficult to troubleshoot. But just Xbox with the vanilla 172, it will work fine!

What's wrong with it when it gets pulled for landing? I don't know if you mean that this is something due to the rpm change itself (how it reacts in sim) or the sounds - keep in mind that video was an SR-22 which then in sim is now an SR-22T which has a completely different system with how the prop reacts and whatnot. @@BorisAudioWorks Thanks for great sounds. No offense. the interior sounds on the stock aircraft are weak. I like to hear prop sounds and power changes from interior of sr22t. Honestly, they seemed a bit off in this video. . I would purchase, your product, but the amount of time you spent inside in this video is not enough to make a decision. No question about exterior sounds. Great!

What do you mean? The fenix sounds are some of the best in this simulator, they're amazing. I'm friends with the man that made them, huge respect to him.

@@BorisAudioWorks …really? I spend 90 plus percent of my time in the Fenix, 5-7 flights per week. Have hundreds and hundreds of hours in that plane and without FSRealistic I think it is extremely quiet, and little to no engine sounds within the cockpit. Maybe I need to look at all my settings for Fenix, but to me that is the worst part of the addon

@@BorisAudioWorks ….of my goodness! I turned everything up in the sim per fenix recommendation. The sound are really good. I turned them down because of other aircraft that do not have good sound packs and things are really out of balance. You were correct though. I even turn FSRealistic off now when flying the Fenix.

Thanks for the feedback - there's not really a way to do any headset in the default aircraft unless I hide some hard to find clickspot which people won't be able to find. The default aircraft also don't have that option. You can turn the headset mode on in the settings and it'll work with it though. Also just clarifying this is 10 USD not 15, at least before tax

Hey thank for answering! I think its the default Cessna 172 ans when you switch to Headset Simulation, it sounds very good. The free Cessna 152 Mod is awesome but with headset Sim its very poor, almost not hearing the engine. So i thought this Soundpack would help. And in orbx it says 15, have no idea...

There is. I use it all the time. Check the manual. You have to flip a switch to enable it.

If you bought this from the marketplace there's an issue that every now and then pops up and I'm not sure why. But this is how you fix it Go to your msfs OFFICIAL packages folder and find something like orbx-sound-crj and drag that folder to your msfs community folder. This will fix the issue!

Hi Andreas, due to how the marketplace version has a forced naming convention, there are two options. You can either move the folder from the official packages folder to the community folder, then add a "z" to the start of the package Alternatively, probably preferred easier method - you can send me your simmarket email or ID via Boris.vanian@gmail.com I will send a version to your account which will install into your community folder

So I have now a new folder Packages\Official\Steam\orbx-sound-cessna-152\<content> So I will move the folder orbx-sound-cessna-152 inside community ? And I didn't understand that "z'". Which package ? like "zorbx-sound-cessna-152" ? xd

Okej I did exactly what you suggested and apparently I got it right :) . So what I did: 1. install normally the package from marketplace as any other packages 2. move the folder [orbx-sound-cessna-152] from Packages\Official\Steam\orbx-sound-cessna-152\ to Packages\Community\zorbx-sound-cessna-152 (changing orbx to zorbx). Not sure what that "z" is doing but it works :) 3. It works beautifully now. And maaan that sounds. Oh boy! If only simulator developers knew how important are sounds. I dare to think that for immersion sounds are by far the most important factor. Amazing sounds. People just buy it. Don't ask. Just buy!

Great that it works! The z makes it farther down the alphabet so it takes priority over the WBSim/jpl package. Enjoy!

The sound pack needs no crazy tweaking or anything. You buy from orbx and click install and that's all! It doesn't matter where you get your aerosoft crj from, my sounds will overwrite the default. It's 10 USD or 15 AUD

Buying from orbx, I think you can select which currency there on the website

Generally the 73 is on my list. I also have a lot of 777 recordings. If I do any of those it'll be a gigantic project. If it comes, it'll be in the far future

You do realize that PMDG actually got offical recordings when they did the 737, one of the microphones they had was placed either further back or something but they got enough sounds from the real aircraft not to even mention they have 737 pilots working on it with them, and they have 777 pilots with them currently working on it, there sounds are gonna be spot on either way. I wouldn’t complain about PMDG being shitty in the audio department, sure it’s got a little tweaks here and there but it’s all from the real plane itself. I would personally just wait until it comes out and you’ve flown it at least a couple times, cuz PMDG knows exactly what they’re doing to create their aircraft. Give it time and you might like the sounds with what they’ve done and if not then Boris Audio Works can immediately come into play and help bring the 777 to life.

Well I don't think you'd get your answer on this comment, but you can look at posts on the aerosoft forum or avsim where people really like it! V1 simulations will be streaming it today as well if you'd like to check it out there.

I need to update my Aerosoft CRJ aircraft...But I'll update my whole shooting match BEFORE installing the BORIS mod. (I'll update MSFS-2020, My CRJ planes, My graphics card, sound card, everything! )

I have no idea about anything in fs2024 - but the sound engine is the same so I don't expect anything to change
