Elden Ring DLC Invasions : Shield Only Build!!
Hello people, this is my shield only build for Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree PvP Invasions at level 160.
With this build I’m only using the new shields from the dlc that do some sort of damage attacks, this is more of a challenge build than a powerful one as I made the build to accommodate 4 different shields so the stats are not optimal.

Need to buff Midra Incant so badly... If you're gonna make us use sragon communion FP, that better be huge frenzy buildup/damage.... build up on us is fine if they make it worth it.

You would think so it’s a jumping attack but I’ve not done tests to be fair
Its not very good for armor, but you want some really nice frenzied flame fashion (imo), try the bloodied mask (the one that covers your whole face in wrappings), the sanguine noble robes, and the zamor gauntlets. Gives ds2 Lost Sinner vibes

Yeah I really do as well that’s why used both guard boosting talismans just to help it a little

I'm sick and tired of seeing those meta RL125-139 invasion builds with minimum mind/endurance stats. I'm not a fan of comprising when it comes to PVP builds so I invade at RL152-166 range.

1:08 that is the most critical component to smart TS play. Stamina recovery is a must with those attack/blocks

Go for a fully charged heavy attack after you land the madding hand's ash of war, you get a guaranteed fully charged one, and a no-charge follow-up if you're quick enough

About a year ago I started a spear wielding pyromancer type build and then stopped playing, and I'm only just now coming back to Elden Ring. Messmer's spear is perfect for that build! Thank you Messmer. :D

Why was the blood loss not affecting you? I thought you can avoid the effect if it procts when you are rolling but it also just doesn’t do anything when you get hit/stunlocked normally. I’m more of a PvE player so I don’t know much nuances in PvP
It’s all on the bad net code mate, means all these hits that shouldn’t be hits hit you and ones that should be don’t hit! Hard to explain haha
What’s better for the fire knight build? The helm you are wearing or Messmers helm?
The helm I’m wearing is for fire knight skills and messmer’s helm is for those incantations so whatever you want to focus on more!

I did not test it for PvE sadly but I just couldn’t do anything with it, I got a grand total of 100 damage once that’s it, but if people are finding success with it good stuff!
