Hollo loop tempo aption failer bro
Is it possible to synchronize cycles with a metronome?
ua-cam.com/video/vEnc-ZNJ4H8/v-deo.html&si=lJnKy8khDaYPOJRMI I would like to get a more detailed overview of this xpd pro functionality, thank you very much
what a useless video
at what point in the video do you talk about fixing the latency lol ffs
for real tho smh
I'm sold. Was looking for a controller that will allow me to have a switch to bypass the sub. thank you :) (I had the Mackie passive big knob and went through the same issues with the switches)
UA is ridiculously complicated to use...when it works it sounds great but damn getting setup and trying to download plugins is hard. Also make sure you know what you are buying. The UA Apollo Solo can not do most of what UA advertising promotes. Get the Apollo Twin at minimum for the true UA hybrid experience....or just pay 1/2 that price for an ultra user friendly, great sounding, and reliable Focusrite Scarlett...sure it may not sound as good as the UA but you wont lose your sanity and bank account either.
How can I download driver?
was curious about the round trip latency with using software monitoring with studio one?? I know my now non working MOTU is a hair too slow for me (1.64ms).. Other conceren for me is that this UA solo does not have a midi keybord input... limited to usb 2 with what I had.. and that also a hair too slow.. occasional clicks are unacceptable as I just want to play piano or wurly etc as if its the real deal!! Also I beleve this unit does work with a PC (pretty good one) which is all I currently have.. One day I plan on M2 or better mac mini.
Kind of a silly question, but with this setup, is it possible to use both in-ears AND monitor speakers?
Thanks man I’m gonna try this way out now ! 😊
Is the sd8 unit necessary? We are running 2 guitars, bass and some back tracks. Not sure how the sd8 is integrated. What unit does the instruments plug in to? Patch bay?
The X32 rack supports 32 channels (38 technically, but assume 32 for this discussion), but only accommodates 16 XLR inputs, which are on the back. You can incorporate something like an SD8 (using an AES50 connection) To add more XLR inputs, and also outputs. In your case, unless you require more than 16 XLR inputs, you won't need the SD8. If you did add an SD8, then channels 1-16 would still be connected through to the back of your X32 rack, and channels 17-24 would be connected via the SD8.
I use the SPD SX Pro as a multi channel computer interface and have also some Kits with the same backing tracks for a backup as you describe, the computer never crashes and the backup kits work also very well. You could also assign the tracks to separate outputs to change volume or mute them on the mixing board instead of using the editor and make those changes for each kit.
Very helpful!!! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful! How do you currently use the spdsx pro in your setup?
@@soundchecktek I'm considering buying :)
Y- Split is really bad for Mic signals. For Line Level it's fine unless you get ground issues, then you're f*****. So always go with transformer isolated splits.
Isolated splits are needed for truly independent monitors. Otherwise, when a mic pre is adjusted at FOH (or monitors) , it changes the loading of the mic causing level changes and tonal shifts.
Great Job !
whew that was real easy! Thank you✊🏾
🤝🏼🤝🏼🤝🏼
Great video mate, this helped me a lot with up-and-coming shows Appreciate it :)
Great! More videos coming soon about the SPDSX PRO + X-Air 18 + P16 🦾
Thanks! We spent 3 years and $$$ developing ours. We did start with the P16 personal mixers; now using iPhone or iPad apps for our Behringer XR18 board. It is essential to include a router in the console (especially when you have wireless mics or other devices running on 2.4g) to prevent IEM and/or wireless mic dropouts.
Thanks for the comment. We tried the app on Iphone for each player path but every gig their devices always had an issue. I think it was more user error on the band members part so we abandoned that and went with the P16s.
Good info…thanks
Just show us how to fix it man damn 🤦🏾♂️
Jesussss $400 for JUST compression??? I need to look up compression plugins compared to hardware lol
Why not demo what you’ve just loaded to hear how it sounds?
Editing the demo now! Will be posting this week.
@@soundchecktek look forward to it
This is very interesting and I'm looking for a work flow for this machine. This is teaching me alot. I been using Roland for a long time and never had any equipment failures. It's very dependable and well worth the money.
Is there a video that explains in detail how the Recording out/Studio out and DAW input/outputs work.?
Hi We are working on a deeper dive video that will address this. Stay tuned
Yep! Going down that route
Nice! You’ll be glad you did
Hi! I'm owner of usb 2 control, everything is good. I have a question about headphones amplifiers : is it enough power for headphones with 250 - 300 Ohms impedance ? Thanks.
It should be. Just make sure you're sending enough signal to it from your audio interface. There are sensitivity buttons on the back of the Control. Just make sure you have that set to the right setting. Which ever setting gives you the best result.
@@soundchecktek Thank you!
The Golden Age preamps are amazing. But that Klark 76 is absolute bilge.
That has not been my experience. Also, I've used the original 1176s in Nashville since the 80's and that's what they use.
Hi how may I set de 0db between interface and control
Get a test tone (easiest way). Make sure it's hitting 0 on the audio interface meter. Then make sure the signal going to the Control 2 is also hitting 0.
Hey man my macbook air 2020 wont find my usb solo heritage... Can you help me out ? I did all the privacy settings
Are there any drivers that you're supposed to download? That's most likely the reason. Let me know.
How can i connect sound card to this controller or where do I connect the microphone? Please help
Connect your soundcard master/main stereo outputs to one of the stereo inputs of the controller, taking into consideration the type of output (balanced or unbalanced) you have on your soundcard and its nominal output level. I suggest you also read the user manual for Behringer Control2USB studio controller, to have a full understanding of its features and functionality.
You cannot connect a microphone to the Control 2. Im not sure what exactly you're trying to accomplish, so maybe can elaborate so I can help you?
Thanks for the quick and straight to the point video.....I'm getting an Apollo Solo and I'll be using it with Pro tools.....now I know how to set it up!!!! Thank You!
🔥🔥🔥
Do you like the compressor? Some people hate in it lol
🤣🤣
I can safely say that the top studios all over the world are stacked full awesome compressors
probably the ones who hate it are using compressors too much like a limiter on and it sucks the life out of the track. really good compressors set correctly are a beautiful thing!!!
Rocket 88 was the very first ROCK-'N'-ROLL song. It was written while the band traveled the chitlin circuit in the early 50s. They were bored being on the road and decided to play a game and see what car they saw the most while driving. The car was a Rocket 88. One of the band members was Ike Turner and now you know the rest of the story
Very cool! Thanks for sharing!
