Personally, the unfolding of that disastrous event, had my intuition kicking in overdrive from very early on, saying "Danger! Danger!"-- things are NOT Right with what's playing out (esp.via media newscasting & 'officialdom' spokespeople-- e.g. Giuliani) telling/showing images (OVER & OVER & OVER ad nauseum), and countless other anomalous undertakings (yes, like that quick removal of the evidence)! Thanks for bringing up the empty 2nd homes! Why aren’t they being threatened? Why is it only the people with short term rentals? I agree! It doesn’t make sense. Again it’s mainly the middle class property owners who take the heat, not the very wealthy.

With all of the property made available by getting rid of the Sugar Cane farming (At least on Maui) - the state should purchase this land and get developers to create truly affordable housing with specific rules for locals. Example - only full time residents could purchase in those developments & there would be a cap on value increases (sale prices) - per year. This is a much better idea than trying to get people with 2nd homes to convert - this is unfair (I understand it is voluntary at this point) to those who have spent a large portion of their money to purchase those homes & need the short term rental income to maintain the homes, and maybe make money. If Hawaii is truly part of the USA - it is a free country and people should have full rights over property they have purchased. If Hawaii wants to make new rules, they might consider succeeding from the US & finding ways to take care of their people. Just a thought.

I already addressed this issue 2 years ago.. Eric Nakagawa was waste manager at the time and when he seen the research of mine in going to the END OF THE EARTH TO FIND THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN IT UP I INTRODUCED ON VIDEO A COMPLETE CLEANING OF NOT JUST THE INJECTION WELLS BUT THE GARBAGE TOO. WE WERE GONNA DROP SEWAGE DOWN TO 80% MOISTURE CONTENT, TAKE THE SEWAGE AND GARBAGE AND OUR PATENT SYSTEM TURNS SEWAGE AND GARBAGE INTO CARBON.. ALL WE NEEDED WAS 12 ACRES INDUSTRIAL AND 20% OF THE FINANCING WE HAD 80% ALREADY. BUT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT US ACKNOWLEDGED WITH SUCH AN AMAZING SYSTEM THEY TOLD US ONLY IF IT BECOMES A COUNTY SYSTEM WILL THE COUNTY help with 12 acres and the 20%.. SINCE MY COMPANY'S PARTNERS SAW NO VALUE IN ALL OUR HARD WORK THEY MOVED TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND NOW OUR R2 N R1 STILL FLOWING INTO OUR SEA KILLING CORAL REFS AND THE DUMP IS STILL FLYING MICRO PARTICLES INTO OUR NOSE EARS AND EYES..
