But they have began to monopolize across other economic sectors. There is no bargaining prices. You are given what is in front of you. There is no bargaining between the supplier and buyer. Then you have Amazon exploiting their sellers, if they see a individuals item is selling well, they will create their own product and undercut the individual thus booting him out. And still the same result, the consumer does get a lower price, but there is no negotiations between the two. Then with such Capital hoarding, these Monopolies have much control over employment, almost a monopoly on employment, since they boot out competition. They will move shop to towns with desperate people and pay lack luster wages and give bad working environments, and will also use their monopolistic employment practices to leverage the governments of these cities into giving them tax subsidies to employ the desperate people. If the workers complain about working in filth, they Ignored. If they then protest, they get fired. Their desperatation is exploited by paying them lack luster wages for the work they perform. The profit margins have more than enough room for wage increases without rising cost on consumers. Neoliberalism is dieing, it enriches and empowers the already rich, and it also is nepotistic itself and runs off of the same system as the old Monarchs. It's still based on genetics because of inheritances. Jeff Bezos kids are not going to have to try at life to become succeful, where someone born into poverty has a 90% chance at having generational poverty. Jeff Bezos is not self made, his Maternal Grandfather was a executive at Exxon Mobil, and was on the Atomic Energy Commission and later the DARPA program. Which created the Internet. Jeff Bezos would use his inherited wealth to achieve top rated private schooling, he would use his familes personal connections to join a Financial Investments firm on Wallstreet, he would become Vice President of this firm. After leaving and starting Amazon, he would lose hundreds of thousands of dollars every year for 8 years on Amazon. Something a average citizen with a small business would not survive. But luckily for Jeff Bezos, he had a mother who would "Invest" $400,000 into a failing underwater company, and Jeff would also hit up his old buddies from the firm for the tune of Millions of dollars. He is reported to have told them "There is a 99% chance I will go bankrupt and you will lose all your money". But being personal friends they invested anyway. Now they hit Bill Gates, who is rumored by every news source of (creating Microsoft out his basement) "this is a story Billionaires like Jeff and Bill like to use to act like they are self made, but it's a fabrication of the truth". Bill gates never designed the Program. 99% of Microsoft code was a Dirty Code created by DARPA. Jeff bought the code from the government for $50,000 and minorally tweaked it. He would use this software program and go to IBM, his very first client, who his Mom hooked him up with from being on the Board of the United Way Fund. She introduced him to the CEO of IBM and they struct a deal. (there's that Nepotism again) I can go on and on and give example of how Liberalism and Neoliberalism has extremely strong similarities to the Feudalism of the Monarchs. I hope one day, we can retain Free Enterprise, True free Enterprise with control by the workers. It would be a actual Meritocracy where leaders are elected by the workers of the coops by the merits of the candidates. Companies would still strive for efficiency without it cutting out benefits from the workers. Nepotism would be dissolved with one member one vote orders. Imagine a world where the workers actually have a say, and arnt just some cog in the Machine at the control of the inherited wealth.
