Truth or Dare reads so pink to me. Even in the PPU photos. I'm purple lover and a pink hater (sorry) and I wouldn't count that as purple. I feel like the magenta ones get categorized as pink for me. Edit: watching the whole thing, the #1 Berry and Pompeii "purple" read pink to me.

All your purples are what I call "pink purple" - they're fuchsia with blue added. I love a grey purple, or a pastel purple, the very desaturated purples.

I love the Klean Colors Metallics Collection. I am on my second set . I was so happy to see the red rank here. Their metallics are gorgeous.

(Ok Idk how this happened but I meant to post this comment here Weeks ago but it somehow posted on a different video 🤣😅) The Birdcage is one of my favorite movies, like top 10, so this video grabbed my attention immediately. This is a fun idea, my daughter and I kind of do this for music that gets stuck in our head, we’ll wear polish that reminds us of the song. So doing a collection based on a movie seems fun! Your choices felt really thought out. I’ll have to look at my collection for something that screams “TANNINS!”

I enjoyed seeing Ceci Nest Pas Blanc; I don't have that one specifically, but everyone needs a soft off-white in their collection IMO.

I just have to put it out there: I do NOT like neons. There, I said it. Moving on, I do enjoy a good green. My faves are Honor by Zoya (although it's a MESS to remove), Green Taffy by Holo Taco, Bed Bugs Bite by Sweet & Sour Lacquer, and In the Mist by Sinful Colors. Honorable Mentions are Grinchworthy and Little Green Invaders by China Glaze. PS., nice to know SOMEONE else out there appreciates good creme polishes as well (I also have been primarily doing nail art throughout my nail polish experience).

If someone asks about colors, I clarify my definition of purple vs violet or indigo as a reference point (and let’s not forget periwinkle!).

If you ever want to try another asphalt polish check out my favorite grey - China Glaze Stone Cold. It’s a charcoal grey matte with silver shimmer. It came out in 2012 but easy enough to find online.

I got gifted the newer version of Pacific Blue, and without ever having worn the original version, I can tell you, the new version is NOT great. Sheer and streaky, with a dab of shimmer, that's all I can say.

I scored one of the Stillary polishes when MediocreManis gave one away! I love it.

I guess I got your goth taste in nail polish, because I love a good black. My faves are ILNP Eclipse, Fall-o-Ween Festival by Chaotic Glitz, Elusive by Revlon, and Lubu Heels by China Glaze. Side note (because I'm old), I think it's sad that UA-cam demonitizes videos for talking about difficult topics using REAL terms; we shouldn't have to tiptoe around these issues. 😢

You can see the streaks in your photo of New Moon but it looks great with glossy top coat.

I can't tell the eye color, and the hair is a little different from the usual appearance in photos, looks a bit shorter and straighter, but she looks like a Lindsey to me.

Black polish is so much better than it used to be, but I also used the cheapest of the cheap in HS and expected everything to be one coat so... My worst was New York Color and whatever I got from Hot Topic in a skull shaped bottle.

I like PfD bases, they're great! I use them all the time. Peach Fuzz is the most blending with my skin and nails for me but I have at least two friends who are definitely blending in with Briar Rose the best. But sometimes I like to use Snow, Fog, or Lavender Ice because the polishes lend themselves to those colors underneath. Did I mention that I have them all lol?

My favorite white cream is Essie Blanc. It’s a one coater if I’m on my A game during application (meaning my hands aren’t too shaky from too much coffee lol). Otherwise a second thin coat evens out any bald spots. I was blown away when I applied it.
