I watched this several times and the problem is in the replay with the best angle the umpire's body partially obscures the play, then the only angle that clearly shows the catcher swiping at his knee is at an angle at which you can't tell where's there's space between the mitt and the runner's knee, that said, I did notice that the mitt doesn't appear to deflect off the batter's knee so maybe he did miss it. To be honest even if this had been reviewed I'm not sure it would've been reviewed.

TBH after 19 innings of umpiring a game I would just end the game even it if means blowing a call

If it is properly called an out at home the Catcher then throws to 1st for an easy double play because the batter falls down. On to the 20th inning.

The replays seem to suggest that the umpire made the right call--certainly nowhere near the worst call ever.

Umpire had a far better angle than any of the camera angles. It is very possible the tag was not made. Not enough evidence to overturn that call even if there were a review.

I don't think the catcher made contact with the runner with the glove containing the ball. Touching the runner with your forearm does not count as an out.
