IL-76 sounds like a symphony orchestra, long warming up, taking off from the brakes powerfully.
Two Il-76 MD-modification: RA 224th flight detachment with white swans and RF Russia Air Force.
Modified version of Il-76M. The airframe and landing gear have been strengthened. The payload capacity has been increased to 48 tons. The maximum take-off weight has been increased to 190 tons. The flight range with a load of 40 tons has been increased to 4,200 km. The battery life has been increased to two months. It is possible to install four additional pylons for hanging bombs and radio beacons.
The Ilyushin Il-76 ( NATO reporting name: Candid) is a multi-purpose, fixed-wing, four-engine turbofan strategic airlifter designed by the Soviet Union's Ilyushin design bureau as a commercial freighter in 1967, to replace the Antonov An-12. It was developed to deliver heavy machinery to remote, poorly served areas. Military versions of the Il-76 have been widely used in Europe, Asia and Africa, including use as an aerial refueling tanker or command center.
Serially produced in Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Aviation Production Association named after V.P. Chkalov. In 2010, production of the aircraft was officially transferred to Russia to the Aviastar-SP plant in Ulyanovsk.

    Только сейчас дошло, что советские самолёты летали на военных двигателях. Отсюда такая мощь, быстрота взлёта. Ну а звук двигателя, это песня.
