    Great video! I'm curious: since you offer a design subscription-based model, how do you pay your designers? Is it hourly, salaried, per project, or a combination of different methods? Where do you source design talent?

    Hi Robin, Great episode! Within Many Request is it possible to set how many active requests a client has? I.e they can’t submit a new request until another one has been signed off. Our copywriting agency has different subscription levels from 1 requests at a time - 10 requests at a time.

      Hi! Yes that's possible when you create a recurring service you can set that up. We're also releasing a "queue" view (with active / queued tasks) on Monday where you can set a hard limit. If the hard limit is set to '1' only one task can be set as active and the other submitted tasks will be added to the queue.

      great video! how much profit do you have when you hire 21 employees? Do you hire full time designers based in Germany or overseas contractors?

      @maxfleit 9 місяців тому

      @@Lauren-nr1wk We hire our team wherever we find the best people. So it's a mix of German and international. In terms of profitability - it's profitable but not optimized on that right now. We have way bigger ambitions, just getting started and reinvesting as much as we can.
