@@KamranWaziir352 when I do Camera tracking in after effect and import in blender But the solid that is created in the after effect is not stable after entering the blender. It starts to swell. I checked everything, everything looks fine but still the problem is occurring.

Install the script given in the description of the video. Once you run the script in after effects you will have that option there.

You might went wrong with camera tracking. Do it again. You might messed up the position of the product while animating it. Try doing animation from scratch.

Add an hdri. Look for where is the shadow catcher. Look for the object that does have shadow catcher. It may be on the grass plane. Try removing shadow catching property from the grass plane.

Thier are different stuff on internet. Try learning basic from blender guru. Then when it comes to the next step you have to select a specific niche whether you wanna do vfx, CGI, animation or product stuff. It's up to you

First deselect everything. Then select only one tracker. Click set as origin. You are done. If its not working then try to open a new project and make camera solve very low. It will solve the problem

@@KamranWaziir352 I actually can see the glass of the building which is supposed to have the reflection of CG elements and I also couldn't figure out the way to add only reflections of CG elements on my footage that's why I was wondering if there is any trick you are using to do that that will be very help full for me.

Ok bro. I will give a link to one the detailed video. Because it takes some time to explain in comments. There is a technique of render passes which may or may not be easy. In render passes we can separate different properties of a render like shadows, emission, reflection etc. I will give you alink to a video on how to do it
